Meaning no offence to those who like the Ratchet and Clank series.  Think of it along the lines of those 'PS4 Pro?  More like PS4 No!' taglines we did back in the day - some light-hearted ribbing, hopefully removed from the horrors of the true console wars which sound like they're starting up again as the new machines near launch.

Which did all start with that game funnily enough and personally some of the stuff that sensible people on a more Xbox camp are saying I agree with but you know how people can take it.

Oh yes, you did say. Well it's not a very good tagger anyway, so it'll get shafted after a couple of days - hopefully it won't inspire any console conflicts here in the meantime (and if it does it can always go sooner). Suggestions for a replacement welcome!

THIS RATCHET SLANDER WILL NOT STAND

Ratchet and Clank is the only reason I've seen to get a PS5 so far. Being able to load multiple worlds on the fly is impressive, although I'm not sure how key it is to the gameplay.

I always wanted to see an alternate universe called Hatchet and Crank, with two nasty animals butchering their way through levels with shonky, broken weapons.

Taglines about the Direct just past will be going up after the initial Mario frenzy has quietened down.  Suggestions welcomed as always, especially by the MonHun boys as that is not my area of expertise.

In the meanwhile, this one's a reference to Mario Sunshine's box art (the British art said 'spray' not 'sprinkle').

This one is a banger although I think the gag would work better if the Ss are changed to Cs to math the C changing ro S.

I think the whole joke is about him! Rise in Rice, hence the rest of us
