| Also 3DS not sure on how it works, not really looked that much into it. But could be useful if like me you sell some bits on eBay and want something on the eShop no need to do bank transfers. |

I'm Trine to think of a reason to get excited about that, but I just can't. |

| Bombing bastards? Is that the bomberman rip off that I've heard about? If so then I'm surprised Nintendo has allowed it on e shop, also byb the names alone I'm intrigued by Xtype plus & ice cream surfer.
*looks up on youtube*
EDIT: it is the rip off of bomber man.........at least XType looks great https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9hKgXdLFu84

| Welp, I've been playing Rainbow Bell Adventures with my sister, and... a platform game with a large character sprite doesn't equal a coherent 2 player game, that's for sure. |

| I bought me some twin stick shooter goodness in the form of X-type Plus earlier, definitely one for us hi-score chasers but saying that ye can't go wrong for £2.69 It'd be nice to have some of you fine folk to compete with.
Yep, I can't break the top 20 leaderboard yet |

It feels a bit loose to me, as well, though I haven't played the 2 player. Your character seems to slip off diagonal platforms with consummate ease. Hopefully I'll get used to that, but it's currently proving hard to recommend to y'all... |

| Child Of Light is a steal at that price. As is Rayman Legends, to be fair! Obligatory ZJ warning about Giana Sisters... although, to be even more fair, I kind of want someone to download it and back up my dislike of it! |

| Deprived of games since finishing the splendid Guacamelee (seriously, if you've not played it in some form and don't have Cappa's aversion to the Metroidvania template, buy it. Don't wait for a sale, buy it now for full price. Drinkbox Studios deserve your money, and it'll encourage them to bring their future games to Wii U.
And gosh darn it do I want their future games.
Where was I? Ah yes), I'm probably going to pick something up tomorrow. Has anyone played both Armillo and Knytt Underground, by any chance? Because at the moment, that's my toss-up. |

| Tomorrow I think the eShop will get a unsuspecting release in fire emblem from the GBA (is it a port in the first place) and at a discount in the first week part of the SMASH discounts. Anyone played it and is it worth the £4.80 ish price tag. |

| It's Fire Emblem 7/Blazing Sword, the first Fire Emblem to be released in the west and (imo) the best of the three GBA games the series got (the others being the unlocalised FE6 [which 7 was a prequel to, actually] and the good-but-not-as-good FE8/The Sacred Stones). £4.80 for it is a steal as far as i'm concerned. |

| So it seems the U will be getting at some point Gone Home, I know it's a rather acclaimed indie title with no real gameplay (Andy will love it) and there is a console (ps4) version on it' way. But has any of you PC gamers played and is it to be excited for and will the U bring anything to the game with the gamepad/ |

| Yep, it was revealed during the Unite Wii U and Unity talk by Nintendo of America. Where I learned that Stick it to the Man was a Unity game.
They also showed some Wii U demographics, and they were both surprising and unsurprising, since it's now become fairly obvious that the people who bought Wii Us are 'gamers in the know'.

| Rather sweet tweet from the chap behind Teslsgrad. It's coming out on the 11th of September after what seems like an interminable (probably MS parity clause-induced) delay, and I remember it looking pretty interesting! (Here's a trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMmci_Fjf90 How Russian would you like your gaming?) Also, he's made a Konami-on-the-NES-style box mock-up: |
