| Both games were called Mario Power Tennis? That's stupid. I'm writing a letter of complaint to Nintendo. |

I hope you suggest that they cannot be serious. |

| It was Mario Tennis: Power Tour in America.
I'll probably pass on this. I enjoyed it, but not sure whether I'd want to play through it again, and I have bad memories of sme minigames you could play to improve your stats.
Mario Golf Advance please! Japan's had that for ages now. |

| I quite liked the look of Armillo when I last saw it at the start of the year - four quid could be a sound investment. Good to see the eShop finally picking up a bit. |

Goddammit I've spent £50 on games this month (including £12 on Last Of Us' 30 minute long DLC), but I've got to get Guacamelee. And so do you. |

| I'm not a big metroidvania fan, so doubt I will especially as I can play the normal version on the VITA. |

I'd love to know what you think of it, Cappa. It's one of the games which has made it onto my radar, but not far enough for me to want to play it over other games. |

| I second that, been watching a few videos of it and it looks pretty ace. The main rolling mechanics and physics remind me a lot of the rock Mario bits from Galaxy 2, which formed some of my favourite levels of that game.
I'd have bought it now but got a lot of games on my plate to play! |

| So many eShop games right now, tempted to wait for sale prices for many but then older ones come along at a reduced price and I'm back to square one, I'm thinking Block Drop U and Pullblox for now. |

| Aye its certainly picking up now.
I have scram kitty still to finish as well as pullblox world & then I downloaded Guacamelee: STCE, surely things like shovel Knight & 1001 spikes aren't too far away from an EU release. |

| Regarding Armillo: first impressions are fairly positive altoghether. Quite easy to play, decent-sized levels...there's quite a lot about it that reminds of the first Crash Bandicoot games, in terms of it's linearity/pathfinding, the chirpy music, the fairly naff 2D platforming bits, and even the graphics (it's £4 pricetag definitely seems to be relfected in the production values). Everything it's done so far has been seen before in other games, but yeah, it seems OK. |

| Cheers Cappa. Sounds like one for when the backlog dies down a bit (which will probably be never at the rate I'm getting through games). |

Wii U eShop Wii Karaoke U by JOYSOUND £2.69 for a 2 hour ticket
Wii U Virtual Console Pop'n Twinbee £5.49
Wii U eShop Promotion NES Remix and NES Remix 2 — If you own one of these titles you can pick up the other for £6.29, offer available until 24th July.
I will be downloading Remix 2, not played much of the first. So was in no hurry to get the second but I do like the look of these NES games more. |

| I'll likely download Kirby in a few weeks, once I get through a bit more of my backlog. Should I go for Earthbound at £4.19? Would I like it? |

| I'm glad I'm not the only one who felt that way. Thought it was my inherent dislike of retro games putting me off again. But yes, I couldn't get very far into this, and I'm a massive JRPG fan. |

| Quite enjoyed Earthbound, but in following Dragon Quest's item management and interaction mechanisms it is a bit too slow to play at times. Doesn't stop me from enjoying it but makes it harder to get back into when you have no idea where half your items have gone and what you've done with the rest. |

Ooh, that's useful. Just Wii U, or 3DS too? And can you pay for single things, or only top-ups? |
