| He was definitely slower, pacing was a little off, I'll grant you. |

| I like the way they decided to make the fans seem like they had a decision in the main event for Summerslam, very clever, however I still reckon the fans would have chosen Daniel Bryan had the idea not already been leaked. |

| I doubt the average fan would be checking dirtsheets and be aware that Bryan/Cena was the plan. Guess that shows how much faith they have in Bryan and the WWE fans in Brooklyn that he'd be picked. Imagine if the whole crowd was screaming "WOO WOO WOO YOU KNOW IT". |

| Great raw last night! Especially the Bryan vs Cesaro match that's another display of why I love to watch wrestling. |

| Daniel Bryan VS Antonio Cesaro was the main event of Raw. I'll just let you all think about that for a while. |

| So was Swagger/Bryan and Ryback/Bryan, technically, but we'll gloss over that. Superb match - best part has to be Cesaro's brutal uppercut combo, that would totally work as a believable finisher if he followed it up with that massive European uppercut he does.
Saw some people online bandying around that it was the best match on RAW so far this year, and whilst I wouldn't go that far (Cena/Punk for the #1 contender position was the total package - wrestling, story, in-ring psychology, a hot crowd, brilliance) it was certainly up there. |

Bryan/Cesaro was the meat in the sandwich though, everything else that happened in the final forty minutes of Raw was the the bread. |

It possibly could work but I think his neutraliser is fine, been meaning to ask everyone this for a bit who do you think has the best/Strongest/Worst/weakest finisher in WWE? |

| There's loads of baws finishers in WWE right now:
I've never liked Cody Rhodes' Disaster Kick - it usually barely comes within a square foot of the other guy. The Miz's Skull Crushing Finale hasn't ever been good. I can't believe The Miz was WWE Champion two years ago. The Zig-Zag looks like it hurts Ziggler more than his opponent. Christian doesn't look like he could hurt a fly, let alone someone like, say, Wade Barrett. His spear wouldn't put a dent in meringue. CM Punk's Elbow Drop is the drizzling shits compared to the Macho Man original. Sloppy tits. John Cena's STFU makes suspension of disbelief impossible at times. How long has he been doing it? You'd think he'd know who to apply it properly by now, right?
~
There's some good stuff, though. Roman Reigns' Spear looks like it would kill you. |

| I find the Yes/No/LeBell Lock to be a bit iffy, looks as painful as fuck, but it looks like so awkward when applied. I sigh a little bit when Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins attempt whatever that double team move they do is called. Can't get behind The Big Ending as a finisher, doesn't look like it does anything. Good ones? Always liked the Five Star Frogsplash. Brogue Kick is quite decent too. On a sidenote, did anyone see this the other week on the BBC's website? It's a list of the most argued about topics on Wikipedia, WWE employees list is in there. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-23354613 Oh, and PPS, I wish Lord Coe would stop bringing up "American wrestling" when he's talking about drug use in athletics. Piss off, Your Lordship. |

Isn't he meant to be basically letting gravity drop their head onto his massive battletank shoulders? I do agree it doesn't look great though. Good finishers - - AJ Lee's Octopus Stretch is great, and works well for her size.
- Justin Gabriel's 450 Splash always looks impressive.
- Reign's spear is one of the best I've seen.
- Cesaro's Neutralizer, even more impressive when done on a big guy.
- Lesnar's F5 is always a good one.
Shite finishers - - Big Show's Knockout Punch, always looks pretty daft.]
- Wade Barrett's myriad of finishes. The Bullhammer Elbow is pretty awful unless it's sold really well, the Wasteland pump-handle slam is just dire and I've never been a fan of his Winds of Change/Boss-Man slam he does.
- Honestly, Punk's GTS. It's rarely sold well and doesn't look as impressive as KENTA's.
- Christian's spear really is wank.

I thought the opponent's head was supposed to be hitting the canvas? It rarely gets near it. Can we have Antonio Cesaro use this in WWE, please?* https://youtu.be/N5LqiZz24-w?t=27s * Not bloody likely |

| Maybe he's driving his shoulder into their gut then? It looked better in NXT when he was fighting smaller guys like Seth Rollins and Bo Dallas.
The UFO move was amazing! You'd only be able to do it on smaller guys with great balance like Bryan or someone. |

*Not bloody likely I honestly thought Cesaro was going do it on Bryan at one point in their match but he turned it into a toture rack slam. Good finishers -
- Uso's splash, impressive considering their size.
- Cross Rhodes, nice variation of a neckbreaker/ DDT.
- ADR's cross armbreaker, love how he twists into it from the standing position.
Poor -
- Curtis Axel's running neck breaker, looks like he hardly touches them.
- Sandow's Terminus neckbreaker.
- Bo Dallas' scoop slam, just awful & generic like everything else about him.

| E!'s Total Divas reality show pulled in 1.3 million viewers yesterday... which was the same viewership as TNA Impact. Vince must be laughing his way to the bank right now. |

| I'd say more people watched it to see what a car crash it would, rather than actually wanting to watch it. Still, decent figures, just hope WWE don't decide to spotlight The Bella Twins in the lead-up to the WWE Championship match at SummerSlam. |

| Thoughts on how SummerSlam is shaping up? All the matches except the ADR/Christian bout have had strong builds so far - I'm excited.
Also, I hear TNA is doing appallingly as of late? |
