| Ha! I remember that train of thought... It crashed after being on the end of one too many Sonic final smashes.
Of course I will be happy with the final game. We dont have that yet so obviously discussion about characters is the next best thing. |

| Aye I can let it slide too (yes, even Robin) I'll just gladly beat him/her to a pulp when I see them used. |

This is absolutely my stance. Also, when I said that I like to main Random, I wasn't joking. I'll play on random stages and with random characters an awful lot, meaning that if a shite character is in the roster I'll find myself playing as them about one-in-fifty times. |

| NL are running poll the best character is I Can't Decide.
I'm surprised we've had so much to talk about for SMASH as I remember Balla moaning knowing was talking about Kart on here and had to go to CVG's forum to talk about that. You happy with the smash talk. |

| I think random evens the playing field the most, plus I like playing as all the characters (bar DeDeDe, natch). I do like having a couple of characters I can hit up if things get serious though. |

| There's been more of a drop feed of info to talk about with this than there was with kart. It's also a bit more of a technical game whereas mario kart is just about beautiful aesthetics and the feel in the hand. |

| Does that make the Luma Mrs. Danvers?[/culturejoke] - Monday (Robin):
Nosferatu is the ultimate cheap shot: it damages foes, recovers health, and does increased damage from behind. Apparently Robin doesn't have this attack in FEA, but it is present elsewhere in the FE series (thank you Jay ).
- Tuesday (Stage Details?):
The Great Fox, Assault version. "It'll probably have fighters running around on top of it without the pilot's consent."
- Wednesday (Stage Details):
Some stages, like this and the boxing ring, will be in both games. Note the midday sky in the 3DS version.
- Thursday (New Stage):
Based on Dementium: the Ward - er, I mean Tomodachi Life, the front of the house will vanish to show the different flats (not "apartments", Sakurai) as fighters enter them. "Planting an X Bomb behind a wall might be an effective tactic." The Miis featured in the stage come from your 3DS data, which is a nice touch.
- Friday (Menus):
SSB3D's main menu, with animated icons. And here's the bottom screen. "How to Play" includes diagrams, apparently.

| I wonder if that means Miis from my my 3ds generically or from Tomodachi life specifically? |

| The precise words that Sakurai uses are "data in your 3DS system". I think it's safe to say that it's the former. |

| I was debating skipping the 3ds version of this, but seeing sakurai putting so much effort in to some of the stages makes me reconsider. |

| Nosferatu is an attack in Fire Emblem, so no idea where Sakurai got that from. |

| Ah, this may be my fault. Sakurai says, "Robin doesn't actually use this ability in the original game". So presumably someone else uses it, in FEA or another franchise entry. My error. Will correct that now. |

| Weird, because I could have sworn that Robin can basically become any class in FE:A, which should mean he can use Nosferatu. Perhaps Sakurai meant his base class? Eh, nitpicking really. |

| Pretty sure anyone can be any class with the Second Seals can't they? If not pretty sure Robin could become a Sorcerer anyway. I suppose the main reason is that it is the tactician class that Robin appears as in Smash so that couldn't use it. |
