I've reassigned pirate to 'Probably Keep'. Let's see him out in the field a bit more going forward, then!

I definitely agree with chucking a lot of those - my default reply window puts a scrollbar, so I don't look at the bottom ones - I forgot there was even a Balla one!

It's all about the image file backing it up: if somebody gives us that, Jay and I can upload it! Unfortunately my Mac doesn't have even the simplest of image manipulation tools, as far as I'm aware...

Okay, looks like we're getting rid of all the remaining 'Chuck' ones in my post on the previous page, unless anyone says otherwise quickly! Then we'll move onto the 'Probably Chuck' box, and discuss those for a while longer.

Ah, yeah, I should try and get on that. I'll try and make the Castle outline a bit neater too as that bad boy was slapped together in about five minutes, I believe.

I'd suggest that all the ones under the first spoiler are for the chop, and all the ones under the second spoiler aren't.  Any people would like to move from one box to the other?  

After we've decided on these, maybe we could have a look at adding some new ones?

I'd like Tingle to stay - he's forum-centric and actually quite a nice looking emoticon as opposed to the jagged edge Castle emoticon. I'd also be sad to see Sphinxy boy go for forum history reasons and the Sun lad is too perfect for Souls related posts. I'm happy enough to bin the rest, personally!

Tingle's got the top of his head cut off though!  Fair enough, I'll move those two along and nuke the sun with extreme prejudice I suppose the sun too... only thing for the sun is whether another sunny emoticon that isn't quite so uneven with its rays might not be better?

Also: I must remember to MP Shanks, who uses in his signature.

Even though I get cleaning stuff up a wee bit because some aren't used I think you've went a wee bit overboard here as certain ones no matter what shouldn't be touched. (Like The Simpsons, the forums always had a good connection with the show which is why they were there in the first place)

I get that, even though the biggest Simpsons fans have left; but... they were never used.  They really were never used at all.  I could see maybe reintegrating Homer, to go alongside Simpsons quotes, but people haven't made any Simpsons quotes for aaaaaaaages.  Also I did give people several days to feed back on the Simpsons...  That said, if #FreeTheSimpsons becomes a thing then of course we'll put them back.

Regarding the others, I'm happy to move Crown Bloke into the 'chuck' pile, but I would like to get rid of a few more as well.  This...

...seems like a good aim to me, and we might want to add a few more.  Happy to see the defences for the others though!  (Really though, Son Sign Goku to stay?)

Ninja and Confusion are two very distinct and often applicable emotions, I would like to use my powers for good and save these guys

They were already likely saved, and now they definitely are! Meanwhile (as I haven't heard back from Shanks) Goku goes onto the first round of the chopping block.

Plan is to get rid of those in Wave 1 of the post above at the end of this week. Maybe that'll get rid of the scrollbar and the others can be saved! Right until Jas' #FreeTheSimpsons campaign takes off...

I vote to keep lol sign man, it is the only appropriate way to show real lols...

Andy's gone full Drunka, in that I can no longer tell whether I'm meant to be taking him seriously or not. Anyway, king, cat, pig, and witch have now been removed.  That still leaves us with one line of emoticons below the scrollbar.

I'd actually swap the tongue emote in the Chuck section with the tongue out emote in the Probably Keep bit. I've seen the first one used more often than the other.

Aye I'd agree with that too.

I prefer Tongue to Nahnah myself, Tongue seems more... derp, I suppose the word is.  One could say fills the derp quota well enough...

However, as the main person who's trying to whittle 'em down, I shan't quarrel: duly rearranged!  I was thinking of doing the clear-out this Sunday, if that works?
