| I loved this one right up to the absolutely pulled out of nowhere ending. It was especially among that the Doctor made that comment about "something good" happening and him "taking the credit." I did like how most of Smith's little plots actually got explained. |

Yeah, I did like the fact they tried to tie up all of the loose ends left with Smith. Means we get a fresh start with Capaldi. |

| They've announced a new villain for the up-and-coming series. She is called - I kid you not - Ms. Delphox. Well they're both redheads, anyway. |

As for the picture of the Doctor Who woman . . . I refer you to our latest Pokemon themed tagline. She looks interesting enough I guess. Maybe a little too similar to that lady with the metal eyepatch in one of the Smith episodes, but she could act entirely differently so it's a wait and see situation till we see her in action. |

| Anything with Keeley Hawes in it is improved by her. I'm a big fan... but a Pokémon name? Po. |

| Now that I've looked properly, and Google her name, I realise I need to watch ashes to ashes properly. |

| The ending of Ashes To Ashes was amazing. It managed to tie up all the continuity of itself and Life On Mars (which is still better - dat theme tune). |

| Have we all missed the new series trailer? Because it looks like Capaldi's in proper grumpy Scottish mode, and that excites me. |

| I saw the trailer but I've mostly been stepping carefully to avoid the leaked scripts. |

| I think it was in the trailer, shows a character that looks like a character in a rather good game. |

Well they're both redheads, anyway. *Some joke about throwing pokeballs* On a serious note, I'm pleased to see dinosaurs will make an appearance in the new series, Dinosaurs On A Spaceship is one of my favourite episodes. I'd like to see this kind of scene but with capaldi making an angry face atop a T-Rex charging towards some cybermen or something. |

| So, the first Twelfth Doctor episode has come and gone. I didn't like the cut of the episode's jib, but felt that Peter Capaldi would make an excellent Doctor. Sadly, like Matt Smith before him, it seems he'll be a great Doctor with not-so-good material. My first piece of advice to Steven Moffat would be to re-erect the fourth wall - far too much winking at the viewer. |

| My bit of advice to Moffat would be to let someone else run the show. He did a good job on his episodes in the old series but I don't think any of his series have matched it. |

| There were definitely good moments - the comparison between the Frankenstein robot man and the Doctor was great (despite the none too subtle mirror shot to establish this) and I liked the fact the robot's "demise" was left ambiguous. However, I straight up don't like the Victorian alien crime crew and the writing was a little hokey in places. Capaldi seems like he'll be a grand Doctor though! |

Well they're both redheads, anyway. Pokémon X Tomb Raider is coming, people/ Delphox. Mrs. Delphox. Keeley Hawes. Lara Croft. Lee Harvey Oswald. Lawnmower. Grassy Knoll. I know, Slowpoke. Er... I don't really like Dr. Who that much - it seems to be since the reboot that they constantly need to one-up the apocalypse-o-stories. "All the daleks ever are dead!" "Now there's more daleks than ever!" "Now they're all dead again!" "Now I can't rescue my friend because of too much Time Travel all of a sudden that's a thing" |
