So went on Holiday to Cornwall with EX, and I'm glad to say it all went well.

Luckily in my case, I noticed and deleted quickly enough that it wasn't an issue.

I need to get the GF a Valentines Present, any ideas guys. She says she got me 4 things already, so could be more then that and she doesn't want flowers or chocolate.

Four!?  That sounds like emotionally blackmailing you into giving her more stuff.

I hate Valentine's anyway (even when I'm in a relationship), but beyond the usuals, you're probably better off tailoring a gift to her likes. Which we can't really help you with, I'm afraid.

I doubt that Balla, I've never really had to do valentines before. She likes anime, manga, game's (jrpgs fav genre) and that sort of stuff.

I can only echo Balla's sentiments; it's far more romantic to get a present with personal value than something tacky and covered in hearts from Clinton's.

Send her one of them cheesy voucher books that couples do, except instead of romantic gestures the vouchers should just be standard money off ones.

So we had valentines on Wednesday instead due to me working and her traveling, it went well. She liked her gift, she's already bought more charms. We saw RoboCop and had a Meal out the normal date type stuff. I got a reel heroes blu ray set which has a few films in with comic book style covers, man city umbrella, man city beer set, man city glasses case and more thing she ordered online but didn't arrive in time. So was a fairly decent haul.

What about you guys or is it I'm so lonely still.

No, had a few little flings pubbing and clubbing at the weekends but nothing long term right now. That suits me just fine, mind. I only just came out of a three year relationship, which itself came hot off the back a different, year long relationship. A bit of freedom is much appreciated.

I had a great Valentine's Day! Got a bit further in Steamworld Dig, did some studying, and in general was barely even aware that it was Valentine's at all apart from anti-Valentine's Facebook posts!

Yes, I'm still lonely. I don't see myself getting any less so any time soon, sadly, because I have a month of hell and late nights at work followed by a month of hardcore exam revision. After that, depending on how things go, I might actually swallow what remains of my pride and sign up to online dating. Sigh.
