Well, it's been a while since I got my Dear Daisy on and I'm sure you've all been wondering what I'm up to, so here goes.
So there's the girl at work; I'm pretty smitten, would kill for her, but I don't think she likes me back and I really do love her as a friend so I'm happy to just hang out and flirt and joke and not make it weird.
Then there's the girl at Wetherspoons who, as beemoh so eloquently put it, wants to pull my pork. I just don't feel it back. She's got a friend, who works at spoons as well who is really fit and pretty into me, and another friend who I really, really fancy but who I don't think sees me the same way.
So my problem is entirely with me; I seem incapable of liking girls who like me back. I'm doing fine with post-kudos hook ups but I'm no closer to finding the one

I'm not as far as going NO before marriage but has to be in a actual relationship for me, I've passed up post Kings hookups quite a few times now.

Right as I'm now a Single Pringle, I've got a few questions and need a bit of advice.

Right how long to I wait before asking someone else out / starting dating someone else.

And the big one do you guys remember way back when i brought up about 3 women, with one being a 18 year old I work with now & again whom I also socializes with.

At the time when I brought her up she had only just split up from her boyfriend, she is still single (hence the first question) but this is where it get's a bit strange occasionally at works she asks for a hug from me but no one else and other members of the team have noticed this and apparently the way we look at each other when we hug (I don't know about this). For them now to say thing's about us, which includes my boss saying I can do better then her not really sure what he means by that as she is pretty Kawaii (for Balla) and we have lot's in common and others asking when were having a date etc.

Also when I've texted her she sends X but I guess that's just a thing but the strangest one was when we were at work a few times is she went on a break for her to ring me (I've got a work phone) about something which ended thanks love you gingerbread man to me that's kinda a pet name and on Sunday I sang her the Digimon theme tune (don't ask) with her going AWW know one's ever sang to me.

So your might be thinking your in here mas well tonight at skittles we were all messing around, I kinda hugged her after getting a spare with her telling me not to touch her as it's inappropriate, I gave some of the guys high-fives and Gravy a hug as well. And she kinda blanked me all night with only the brief chat about work and general talk within the group but not just us.

So why at work is she one-way but outside shes another. Also I do like her even with the 6 year age cap, so do I ask her out or not as if she says no I've got to see her in work and outside of it. We nearly saw the LEGO movie together but thing's came up so I couldn't go / take her but I don't think she saw it as a date as she brought up about paying but then again said to a good mate whom we also work with (different department) and play skittles with something like I can't even get a date with mas.

Only thing I can think of is she does like me but is embarrassed about it.

What do you guy's think?

I'm afraid I have no advice because that's the same scenario I always end up in. I am so bad at working out whether women are into me or not. I'd have said yes all the way up to the skittles chapter. I guess just try and create scenarios where the two of you are alone, even if they're not date dates. And when you are out with others, try to be fun and funny with everyone else, so she looks at you and seem like someone who is fun to be around. That's what you need to be, just someone fun, rather than someone all over her specifically.

Maybe, but she rarely see's me and I've not really got that much authority to give her holidays or whatever and she want's to move to checkout's.
