| An unexpected find in Cash Converters today. In amongst the usual bargain-basement 3DS games (Asphalt 3D, PES 2011, Mercenaries 3D, James Noir) I came across Theatrythm Final Fantasy. £4.99 and it was mine. how has this game become so valuable? It's going for £25-£30 used on Amazon, eBay and the rest! |

| Good Lord, Phillips, that's a brilliant find! The last time I saw a copy of Theatrhythm in the wild it was valued at £20. I'm now imagining some sort of antiques-style valuation show but for games. No David Dickinson, not on this show - we want Dominik Diamond! Expert valuers in the shape of game reviewers... someone pitch this to the telly people! |

| Sweet figures, they both look awesome. Makes me wish I wasn't still buried under several years worth of games to collect so I could buy more things like figures. Most recent purchases of mine have been these. Well I say most recent but actually one of them I just forgot about and found it on the kicten table just now, the other just got shipped and will be here in a couple of weeks. - Spoiler:
I hear the novel is a great deal better than the movie, and the premise for the movie was always a good one in my eyes, so I'm really looking forward to getting this. - Spoiler:
Why I forgot about this I don't really know. I've seen this get a fair amount of praise, so hopefully it will live up to it when I get around to playing it, whatever decade that ends up being. |

| I got a 3DS XL! £109 in Tesco, pretty happy with that as I was close to buying one the day before for £50 more. I'll not be opening it until after E3 though, just in case Nintendo announce something better while I can still return it. I've also very kindly been given a Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate code, and I've decided to take Fire Emblem as my free So Many Games download, and pay for Animal Crossing New Leaf at midnight on Friday.
Also bought: a silly amount of Corona. |

| Yesterday I bought a copy of ONM 96 because it's been heavily talked about on Twitter over the last week, and Wreck-It Ralph on Blu-ray. Still a very enjoyable film. |

| Today I bought Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and Batman Arkham City for my Playstation 3, and Finding Nemo on dvd. I've been meaning to pick up the Batman game for ages and since I had some money spare I grabbed it new for 30$. Assassin's Creed was an inevitable purchase after playing 2, got it for 25$ new. And finally I got Nemo for some nostalgia as it was one of the few movies I went to see at the cinema as a kid. I just finished watching Nemo as well, and it's still as brilliant as I remembered. |

| Yesterday it was the good and the bad, after my partner returned home from shopping, with a 20cent copy of Nintendogs and Cats 3DS, that would be the good and a 50cent copy of Chicken Blaster Wii, that would be the bad.
I am keen to give Chicken Blaster a run just to see exactly how bad it is. The Nintendogs game sadly, is actually a duplicate, as it was our first 3DS game, but costing a lot more than 20cents. |

| For 50 cent I reckon Chicken Blaster will be a corker.
