| Pokémon XD is a ruddy brilliant game. We need one of those for the Wii U.
Oh, er, I bought carrot and coriander soup. Dr. Kawashima will be disappointed.

| Agreed heavily with ZJ. A great, underrated Pokémon game, underrated primarily because it did something different. |

| I've traced the sender back to another forum. We have a thread called 'Random Niceness' and he agreed to send me a copy of XD months ago. I'd forgotten all about it, but it's a crackin' thing to wake up to in the post.
~
I've just bought Elite Beat Agents for £2.29 (delivery included) from Amazon, and stuck in a pre-order for the Wii U version of Sonic Lost World on ShopTo at the cost of £32.86. |

| The fourth volume of Attack on Titan on dvd. The first press comes with the second original soundtrack being my reason ( well, only reason given it's not going to be subtitled and in Japanese), and I wouldn't normally because of how blasted expensive it is but I just know I'll kick myself once it comes out and I get to the second arc and start hearing themes and thinking " damn I wish I had these". It'll be worth it for the full version of this track taster I've really got to stop spending so much money on these things. They absolutely brutalize the wallet. |

| I've managed to stop doing what you do, but that's only because of all the games being released, or else I would have all of One Piece on DVD and Fairy Tail on Blu ray |

| The first three Wallace & Gromit shorts on DVD. My girlfriend hadn't seen them and as we'd spent the weekend in Bristol trying to find the Gromit statues, I thought we should rectify this! I think she liked The Wrong Trousers more than A Grand Day Out, with A Close Shave still unwatched. |

Oooh, do you live near Bristol? I didn't know there were any Gnamerers near my neck of the woods. |

| Gran Turismo and Tomb Raider IV for the princely sum of 98p. Also, whilst in Cash Converters I confirmed what Phillips mentioned in another thread about the Wii costing £20 there. You know what's worse? The Xbox was £25. Not the 360, the original Xbox.
Also, during my first trip to my hometown GAME in ages, I saw with dismay that the Wii U and 3DS games were nestled in a tiny section of the shop named "GAME Junior". Way to tar everyone with the same kiddy brush GAME. |

| Bought Splinter Cell Blacklist and Rayman Legends both on Wii U, also another Pokemon Rumble U Figure which was a Mon I don't know and put in a preorder for Wind Waker HD Ganondorf Figure Edition. |

| Game & Wario on Wii U on eBay for £18 with p&p. I don't really know why though, it's about the 4th time I've done this gone aww that's cheap or I wouldn't mind trying that on Wii U. But hey it be my 39th game on the console (including VC). |

| I bought Disney Infinity on Wii U yesterday. Having only spent about twenty minutes on it so far, I'm still mildly baffled by it all. |

| How so Stu? I've not touched any of the Skylanders-style games so far, but Disney Infinity looks alright. |

| Like I say, I've only had twenty minutes with it, but within that twenty minutes it starts out as one of those games that tells you to do a load of stuff but doesn't care to show you how. It took me a minute or so to find the right button to make Sulley roar, for example. I also spent a further minute accidentally toggling between two abilities that were mapped to another random button. When was the last time you used X in a Nintendo game to speed up dialogue text? Never, that's when.
This game is absolutely nowt like Skylanders, aside from the main obvious similarity. |

| Legends stand alone (again). ~ I also bought a quirky spot-the-difference game on the DS called QuickSpot. Cheap and cheerful. |

| Unsurprisingly, it's a Bavarian-themed minigame compilation. Highlights include conducting a Humppa band like it's some mad, never-ending version of Jam With The Band, testing your brain with a Germany-themed quiz that's full of dodgy spelling, taking the role of a waiter and serving eight steins of beer at a time to some suspiciously-young looking sprites, riding The World's Worst Ghost Train (©Phillips), and playing the strangest representation of a Test of Strength game in the history of the DS. It's downright bizarre. Absolute best of all, however, is the option of eating digital pretzils, sausage and drinking digital beer. Just press A a couple of times and you win the game. That the sound effect for downing your pint sounds like a fat woman giving Ben Dover a gobble just adds to this game's epic charms.
It's not bad.
