Nintendo Digital Event (and E3 2014)

I made a timetable to help keep track. (See below for the superior version.)

If you can make an updated version, Axis, I'll put it into the OP.

Sony is 2am Tuesday morning for the UK, I don't know if that's easier for you to work out from that.

Looking at the whole lot it's there time + 8hrs for the UK. So if you are interested in the others and not sure of the time use that.

So yes, June 10/11 is a nightmare. It does look like there's something Nintendo related happening from 4:30pm all the way to 4:30am with no breaks.  I'll need to stock up on Red Bull.  

I see there's some over lap like Day One, Treehouse to 00.00 but IGN starts at 22.20. I can't watch both unless what Treehouse is showing is the same game IGN will be showing. And some how got to fit everyone else in.

Yep. It's going to be hard enough following the official Nintendo streams. That's what I'm doing. If something like TW101 / Fire Emblem happens again, I'm sure the internet will let me know.

Awesome tables Axis! it's a pain constantly adjusting times in one's head as no journalist ever bother when reporting it. I have those days off, and haven't seen an E3 event live for a while, will have a midday nap and make the most of this! (I'm also hoping Ninty have a good showing this year: please be more than just Bayonetta X and Hyrule Warriors!)

To be fair, Bayonetta, X, Hyrule Warriors and the all-but-confirmed Zelda Wii U game would be a phenomenal showing. But you do expect to be surprised at E3.

You do really. If none of those had been shown, that'd be pretty good, but I need something more to stimulate my surprise glands.

I decided against reviving the E3 Bingo thread I did last year ( http://messedupcables.forumotion.net/t345-wii-u-e3-bingo-thread ), because I'm too lazy, and it was depressing that I only ticked off one or two boxes by the end. (Though, as the year progressed, a few items on my bingo card became reality - such as COD: Ghosts on Wii U and the Zelda edition 3DS and Wii U.)

Meanwhile, for Sony's E3... Guerilla Games and Media Molecule have both confirmed they won't be showing anything.

Makes me a little disappointed but there both European, so gamescom you would think they will be showing anything.

But does make me think what have Sony got to show, I think there most likely now to have surprises but could be very little actually shown though.

EA has confirmed Mirrors Edge will be shown along with a new game from criterion, please be burnout paradise 2

Also Atlus announced what there showing which includes persona dancing all night etc but also a unannounced third party project for PS4, VITA & PC. To me that sounds a bit like Other M or Hyrule Warriors there taking someones own IP and using it there self's, now with Atlus being owned by SEGA could it be a SEGA IP but would that really be a thrid party project seeing that SEGA own Atlus.

I was thinking about when the words "and you can download it straight after this Nintendo Direct" are said during a presentation by Reggie or Iwata. I love the immediacy of accessing content straight after it being announced.
I wonder what we will get this time, a demo, dlc or a full game!?

SNES Remix, would be nice for that or this Mario Maker

I can't be the only person who doesn't think that the Remixes are worth spending NDE time on, can I?  Leave them for the Directs.

So a game has been leaked from the Nintendo event, and it seems increasingly credible. I'm not sure if I should post it here... Opinions?

I decided against it. It appears to be fake after all.

Also, Iwata won't be attending E3 because of health reasons. Sad but makes sense. E3 is probably an international breeding ground for diseases and viruses.

E3: The Movie.

So all a bit weird going on with Sony and Last Guardian.

IGN ran a article saying it's been cancelled from info from a source in IGN Russia, seen this morning a lot of tweets about from people at IGN & Other gaming press saying there sad about it. Then Sony has now come out saying it's not cancelled, so will it be at E3 or not. If it's not then that's another year without seeing it making it more likely it has been cancelled but if it's shown it makes IGN look like idiots for making a rumor big news as they got last guardian trending.

Also apparently a OLD favorite will be at Sony's event, I'm going crash bandicoot. But they might think heavenly sword is old and a favorite, making the sequel rumor true but I don't think it's a big enough deal or a favorite of a lot of people.

Also they are rumored to have a special gift of something people want and one of the reason there in cinemas showing the conference is to get people excited and talking about them. Last Guardian trailer coming this holiday season
