Nintendo Digital Event (and E3 2014)

For some strange reason it's only just dawned on me this very moment that I likely won't be able to watch any of this years E3 presentations, Nintendo or otherwise. I'm surprised at how much it's getting to me.

I think your right MS have to deliver, they say there all about the games this year and with Sony looking like there resting on there laurels a bit, E3 is there to be won and the One to build a lot of momentum.

I like Zelda Williams, what ever she does has to be either Zelda or Hyrule Warriors related it has to be.

My bet: she'll be playing as Zelda in the Smash tournament.

Anyone who doesn't give every Nintendo game 11/10 "hates" Nintendo.

Scullion mentioned that he "Also wish companies would realise when it comes to hosting more people than Geoff Keighley exist." Which is a good point. Dominik Diamond lives in Canada now, after all.

He presents GameTrailers TV for Spike in the US, which now G4 is closed, is the only games show on US TV. He also heads up the channel's/site's E3 coverage and was in a small amount of controversy for being in the same room as some Mountain Dew and Doritos (hence the "Doritos Pope" nickname) one time.

I see, well that explains the fuss I guess. It's good to see nintendo's making some aggressive publicity moves at least then.

Given the amount of attention Smash Bros. has (not a bad thing!) I'm hoping that there isn't any mention of it during the 40(?) minute long Direct. In fact, I have the suspicion Nintendo has been announcing various things before E3 (Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire, GameCube adapter, Pullblox World) to clear the board of anything that would use up precious E3 minutes instead.

Twitch is to show coverage of 4 unannounced Nintendo games (and a lot of other stuff too from other companies) during their E3 week. Full schedule at the link.

Similar to Axis but the CVG includes Monday and helps with the guess work of some of the unannounced games.

Also basically it's pretty much turn PS4 or Xbox One on go on twitch and watch E3, next week for me.

Nintendo has released more details about their Treehouse thing.
It is INSANE, containing over 20 hours of content.

Cripes. Shame it's all on Pacific Time, but every moment I can spare, I'll be tuned into that.

This is going to be Nintendo's E3, isn't it? The last few years it's been blind hope, but it really seems like this is going to be something greater.

I think I have to re arrange some shifts at work so I don't miss anything

I didn't know that this was the way Nintendo was going to be doing E3. Hmm. Is there not going to be the usual Nintendo Direct? I quite liked that as it densely packed a lot of news over a short period of time - it was really convenient.

They're doing that as well - Nintendo Digital Event at 5pm on Tuesday (our time), then the Treehouse stuff after.

I've got a mini holiday for E3 shanks,

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday off. I think the first thing to kick it off for me is Microsoft at 5.30pm are time I think.

The speed my new job is processing at I'll probably end up missing e3 for work Can't imagine they'd be too chuffed with me taking holiday in my first week...

If that wasn't enough, there's also going to be a Nintendo Minute airing immediately after the Nintendo Digital Event, showing more details on the games....

I'm soon going to try and post an easy to follow schedule because so much is happening.

I only want to see Nintendo and Sony so if I could work out when they are on here I might get away with going "nope don't wanna work"
