Sorry, I'm doing a double - but given that it had a bit in the Direct, I thought it should go to the top. Having seen a bit more of the gameplay, in different levels, actually hearing some of the dialogue suggests it's got that slightly silly NPC stuff that was in Starfox 64. Just as long as you don't "have" to tilt the gamepad for precision aiming. But then (a) it does sort of work in Splatoon, and (b) we managed just fine with one analogue stick originally.

Yeah you do use the game pad for precision aiming, Jimbob. Drunka had no issues with it at EGX and I found it fine the second time.

ahh well I read it as March for some reason.

It looks good. No Star Wolf thus far, but I'm sure they'll show up. It'll be Pigma as well - none of this "Panther Caroso" nonsense.

Were the people that moaned that they didn't like Adventure/Assault (and wanted the game to be more like Lylat Wars) the same people that moaned that the first showing of SF0 looked too much like Lylat Wars? Probably... Look, it's gonna be great. Even the hacking minigame has a cute little robot in!

That's probably one reason for the delay but I don't think it'd be THE reason.

So many complaints about the graphical style. If it all moves around smoothly (preferably at 60fps), that's all I'm really asking for. The rest is just frippery.

Is the cockpit view on the second screen not a new thing as well? I don't'the remember it before now although I really like the idea of it, sometimes you need that different perspective in games like this.

That was there at E3, and in the build we played at EGX. Works pretty nicely.

Surely not? The hole in the Wii U release schedule is too large to be, er, enlarged.

I don't think so. Already this game is a full year late, and they seemed to have a more-or-less complete game before they decided to touch it up.

I said back on the 21st of Jan anyone want to have a bet that this is delayed well yesterday & today, likes of NLife have been posting articles like this one.

Seems that Liam in the article and my heard the same thing a few weeks ago which is now coming to light to the general public.

Of course this is all rumors but I doubt Nintendo will release game that has issues.

That's not fair as it might get delayed from April to May and that's still before Newcastle Trip.

I'm still saying it will be delayed from April but I don't know if that's a month or 6 months delay.

This is not good news if true. I want the game to be good, granted, but if it doesn't release before "holiday" 2016 then that's too late, the NX ought to be out by then and it'll be completely overshadowed.

Also: not great practice to try and make a bet on something you have inside information about.

Not inside info, just a rumour and just bit of fun with a drink.

I would never do money or anything with you guys.
