| So, to try and direct the hype in to some sort of conversation, who is everyone going to select first when they play the game for the first time? My shocking earth shattering revelation: - Just in case some people for some reason didn't play the demo:
Suffice to say I'm really feeling the hype now. |

| I can't see Athrun's pictures, but his is probably the same as mine. Although I'm slightly torn between Underpants Boy and Froggy the Frog. Definitely firing up Gaur Plains as my first stage, though. Want to hear that wonderful music playing. - Jimbob wrote:

Wouldn't that be "Search Engine Optimised-optimised"? |

| It's certainly SPOILER time! Although before playing as him, I'll have a few rounds as Peach, my usual main. |

| So I've just beat classic mode with the top two row's and so far I like Zero Suit Samus the most to use with Marth & Pit in second but as they have clones with having slightly better B up and one meant to be slightly quicker. I'm more likely to go with them as seconds. |

| Played this all afternoon - it's great. I'm really enjoying Little Mac and Shulk. I've just cleared the first challenge panel, which was mostly a tour of all the new modes. |

| This is great! I'm very out of practice though. First thoughts: Ike is still great. Pac is surprisingly good. The nintendog is lovely. The online mostly works great. The graphics are lovely but sometimes I do get characters confused on the small screen. - andyman949 wrote:

I went to my local videogame shop with the intent of purchasing both but there were no Mordors to be seen. I'll give them until Monday then I'll buy one online. |

Same with my local Insane they put on there facebook something like they didn't anticipated it's popularity, I think they might of been thinking like me ohh it's a licensed game, coming out during mad October and likely only get 7's but bam it's turned out to be good apparently. Also can't just you but it from work and use your discount like with FIFA 15. |

| Online on this has been hit and miss so far - I've had some games with great connection, but others have been near unplayable. |

| None of mine have been unplayable yet but the quality is definitely variable. We'll need to get some GNamer sessions on soon.
@mas: I haven't looked in work yet. They're not normally great for getting new games in but if we do I'll get one. If neither work nor insane games have it on Monday, I'll just order from Amazon. That'll give me time to finish my current read through of the Hobbit. |

| Me, Jas and Dusty all had a session tonight.
Good fun - there was a fight on the Spirit Tracks map between me and Jas that was particularly intense. Jas had two lives left but was on a high percentage, I was on a low percentage on my last life - it's Ike (me) vs Link (Jas). Jas gets a Final Smash, so I jump in hoping to hit him before he can get the Final Smash off... and I manage it. The Smash Ball pops out and Jas loses a life. I pick up the Smash Ball and luckily hit it on the edge of the stage. It was jammy as fuck but really cemented that match as one of my favourites so far. |

| It really was a great match! I was just hitting B as you came in for that attack that knocked the smash ball out of me you seemed to be winning most of the other games as well. Glad I saved the replay of that match as well! *watches* --- I've said this elsewhere but I'm still sort of wrestling with the controls from time to time in certain situations, I'll often get a normal combo/hit off when I intend to do a smash hit......I think it's the slide pad that's giving me the trouble as I can never seem to grip it that well. I'm still enjoying the game a whole lot though. |

| Yeah the online can be hit and miss, at the start of it all sometimes you couldn't even get online. Though I'm willing to bet that the issues will be sorted with the new 3DS.
I even just had a match where the lag lasted half a minute, the whole thing was completely frozen |
