What are you watching on the television?

Just caught up! In my mind, there's no such thing as a bad Sherlock episode, although I'll admit it was anticlimactic at the end.

Gurren Lagann on dvd which has started taking a turn for the depressing, and right now the Tomic vs Nadal match in the Tennis Australia Open. I'm torn between backing the aussie rep or backing one of my favourite players.

I imagine that supporting Tomic would be even more depressing than Gurren Lagann.  

Well, that was way more depressing than the events of episode 18 of Gurren Lagann, Tomic had to retire due to injury. Well, back to Gurren Lagann then.

Australian Open Tennis. Yay! Especially for the ladies. That was for Mr Balladeer.

A friend of mine has been pestering me about Being Human. I watched the first episode and hated all of the main characters. Does it get substantially better? Should I give it another shot?

More Aussie Open, Stosur is taking on Ivanovic and there's some great tennis going on at the moment.  Ivanovic seems to be gaining the upperhand at the moment.

Edit: and now it's raining.  *sigh*

Edit 2: Roll on Djokovic! Sucks that another Australian is out, but I'm used to that.

I seem to remember Being Human starting slowly. The show definitely has some pretty dramatic ups and downs though so it depends how much else you have that you'd rather watch.

Oh definitely. I haven't watched Series 4 or 5, but the first three are some great TV.

At the moment watching NFL it' only a few a week to the Super Bowl. My team New England won't be there but I did do the team that beat my team in a bet, now need 49ers to win.

Serena out as well as Sharapova.   

Thank goodness. I can't stand Sharapova. Too vocal - she pretty much shrieks on every strike. I can only pity her poor neighbours when her boyfriend's over.

49ers lost,

it was a dramatic game it's the 4th quarter 22seconds on the clock the QB throws the football if the receiver catches it, it be a touchdown and the 49ers win by 1 point as there's no time for the seahawks to come back. The Seahawks defender makes the interception and it's all over.

There was awful decisions in the game by the ref which cost the 49ers the game really. I just hope Broncos stuff the seahawks in two weeks in the super bowl.

Surely it's Azarenka or Ivanovic who's going to win it now.
