| It's not. It was originally the rickroll video. It's now something that's still marginally less horrifying than the 'Hi I'm Daisy' loop. |

| At last! I am almost over my cold! Now only the sniffles and a mild cough remain! TAKE THAT VIRUSES! At the risk of having a rant in a thread not for ranting, something I absolutely despise is people that don't take into account the public when it comes to health. Yep, you guessed it, another of those viruses that I wouldn't have gotten if some moron hadn't been an inconsiderate dumbass. About a week back I was getting the tram home with some shopping. A guy gets on. He sits across from me. He proceeds to cough and sneeze without even trying to cover his mouth. He spends the next few minutes sniffling before departing. I CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHERE I GOT THIS COLD! CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME IN SOLVING THIS CONUNDRUM? The only bright side is that the flu from last year is still very vivid in my memory, so I've not really been bothered by this sad excuse for a virus. Once you've had a flu that makes you feel like you're retching up your own lungs for a week and a half normal colds just don't have the same effect on you. Anyhow maybe now I'll have the energy and focus to get my Pokevote done. |

| Another reason that the Japanese have it right - they wear surgical masks when they're unwell to avoid spreading germs through their coughs and sneezes. Considerate, as expected from Japan! |

Should've done it while ill, you'd have got double the effort values. |

I did have to look up what Pokérus does though. |

| Has anybody ever had any joy with Black Friday sales? I have a new job [which also comes with modest discounts at major retailers such as Currys & Argos!] and I'm going to try and pick up a new TV in the near future. Every fibre of my being wants to pick something up now because this is the first time I've had a decent income for 2 years, but logically I should wait until the sales kick off. Annoyingly HMRC messed up my tax code so I earned about £300 less than I should have done on my first month; next month I'll be in for a bumper pay day though Also annoyingly, payday isn't until after Black Friday. |

| I've not had any major joy personally, but I've had family members pick up decent TVs for cheaper rates at Black Friday, so might be worth a look. |

| I think I got my last TV in a black friday sale. Its worth looking at what the supermarkets are offering. |

| I know ASDA are doing it this year for a week but the TV in the deal is likely worse than your monitor, Muss. That's the thing with the supermarkets, you'll get a cheap TV but it's utter garbage. |

| I got a TV for cheap during Black Friday 2015, but it makes PS4 games look like Atari 7800 games. You get what you pay for... |

| I sort of agree but I've said it before with TV's and I know not everyone can spend £1200 on one but to buy the best quality you can for your budget.
I know we sell the 50" we've got in work easily but for the same money you'd get a decent 32-35", okay it's much smaller but far better picture and l know avg Joe won't care but for people who use a TV a lot, I don't get why quality hasn't been the main thing. |

| I'd imagine there'll be a few half-decent 4K HDR TVs going this Black Friday if you're in the market for one.
In a bid to try and get myself into a reasonably healthy state again and due to a crippling fear of the gym, I've started doing DDP Yoga. I'd half scoffed at yoga being a solid workout, but after hearing pretty much every professional wrestler going these days chatting about the program, I gave it a try and it kicked my arse, in a good way. Here's hoping I can get myself shaped up to a reasonable level again - it's got to a point where I bloody hate seeing pictures of myself and I dread having to buy clothes for the worry of there being nothing in my size in stores, so something needs to change. |

| Ah, good luck Jay! I tried yoga for a while, a while ago - as you say, it's surprisingly hard work, but one of the less boring types of exercise to my mind. |

| Thanks boss. Aye, it's quite low impact as well on the joints which, considering where I'm starting from, is what I need in a fitness program to begin with at least. |
