Super Mario Odyssey (Peach as Penelope Confirmed)

This was my sister's big Christmas present. It's lovely to see her playing this, however impatient I may get as a spectator ('you're meant to capture the Bullet Bill you plonker'). A really nice Christmas game. I remain saddened we haven't had any DLC or whatever.

Yep! Even though the wait, and not being part of the initial conversation, was a shame, I remain happy with my decision to make this a Christmas game.

While I'm kinda with you, the moment I learn the Mario team have been working on another full game instead, all will be forgiven.

100% true, but - imagine if they'd done Bowser's Fury in the Odyssey engine and style and how good that would have been.

I havent played Bowsers Fury yet - though I did unwrap it for Christmas! Ive been saving it so I can cap off my big Mario playthrough with something new.

That said, I had the exact same thought-out when I saw Bowsers Fury for the first time.
