| I'd like to point out that Funky Kong probably wouldn't make it into Smash Bros. Kart. I did, in fact, fill an entire sketchbook full of stats. for characters in a Pokémon racing game. |

I'd love to see this. Or Nintendo Kart: all the Ninty characters spread over themed Nintendo universe courses (Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing style)? Hell yes. This is actually a great idea - each with a special weapon just like in Double Dash. Link could have a bow that goes through several people like a piercing red shell or attacks the person in 2nd if you're in 1st, Samus could have missiles... plenty of opportunity there. Yup, I've been wishing for this for ages now. Ever since Mario Kart Wii and Mario Kart 7 turned out to be more of the same, really. Samus could turn into her Morph Ball form to sneak through cheeky gaps/evade a hit. Stuff like that. |

Tough! I do remember creating four classes (essentially first stage evolution, second stage and non-evolving, third stage, and legendaries) with 20 Pokémon in each, with their own stats. in 8 or so categories. There were ideas for a Mario & Luigi game featuring the Wario Bros. and a mythology-based RPG in there as well. |

| Having Wikied this, it made me smile to see that the boxart depicts Heracles as a bishounen. Mine had Norse and Egyptian elements in too (the final boss was Loki, I believe), but probably had similar principles! But anyway, to return to the thread topic: Etrian Odyssey V to star Odysseus. Crawl through dungeons to kill all Penelope's suitors! |

| FIFA 14 not only to make it to Wii U, but having taken on board the lack of innovation, EA take a radical change of direction on all formats and make it a near-future RTS. |

| Nintendo to release a 3DS redesign called the 3DSU. The name definitely won't confuse anyone.

| "Megatons" to be redefined in consequence of the attack.
Nintendo to win through a fragile alliance with the military wing of Neogaf.
George RR Martin's next book to be a retelling of the conflict, called "Videogame of Thrones." Idea abandoned when he dies halfway through book 7 of ASoIaF, mysteriously assassinated before he can kill off Tyrion. |

| Nintendo to hold a worldwide Direct presentation on January 1st 2014 to kick off it's latest special event: The Year of Odama, in commemoration of the 8th anniversary of the GameCube smash hit. As you'd expect, it will feature a series of games, collectibles and downloadable content with Odama as the main focus, such as Odama With Me! Do You Know Your Odama Routine? |

| The team behind Hatoful Boyfriend (the pigeon-dating sim) attempt to capitalise on the event by releasing a sequel where you woo little Japanese dolls: The game is titled Oh, Dharma!(It's all right, I've got my coat.) (Also, I'm guessing that Axis made the same assumption I did on the previous page, in that this is a place for serious rumours. ...it's not. ) |

| Can I just say how all over a Nintendo-produced cricket game I would be? Because it's really all over. Almost sickeningly so.
Anyway, all XBOnes to come with a free copy of NSMBU. If you pay them £50.*
*NSMBU sold separately. |
