| So 1001 spikes is out for all systems (inlcluding 3ds & wii U) but only in the US, which is typical of Nicalis as they don't seem to give a hoot about Europe. (Side Note: When they announced the release on twitter last night they didn't even define what regions it was out in)
So I asked if this was a worldwide launch? Their reply was a pretty vague "Europe will follow as soon as we have ratings" I bet this either A) Doesn't show up until early next year or B) We won't get it at all. |

| Urgh, CVG advertised that with a truly troll-tastic headline. I won't link to it, because I don't want them getting any more hits. I foolishly gave them enough. Anyway, Double Fine, hm? They're meant to be pretty okay, I understand. |

| Surely everyone who wanted this now has it. How is porting it to the console with the smallest audience going to shift more? The fact it was originally a 3DS game surely lowers the chance of this selling well because everyone with a Wii U has a 3DS! It's already out on PC and PS4/Vita (maybe 3 as well). Move on and make another brilliant game! |

Should see the comments on Nintendolife's article. Literally ten's of people claiming they will be "double-dipping" and buying it again (or at least I hope that's what they mean!). I haven't played it myself. It looks reasonable enough for a download game, but my flatmate showed it too me and it didn't really look like the sort game I'd enjoy, even if the reviews were crazy-positive about it. |

Anyway, Double Fine, hm? They're meant to be pretty okay, I understand. Yeah, a couple of articles / videos on CVG have annoyed me lately - especially those E3 Nintendo previews; one which stupidly suggests ditching the gamepad, the other that suggests Bayo2 going multiplat. I guess they're using controversy to get clicks in what could be the dying days of the site, but if this keeps up, they'll be joining Eurogamer in my banned site list. On topic: I loved Steamworld Dig on 3DS, and will definitely buy it on Wii U day one. |

| It's an interesting development. I suppose it paves the way for Half-Genie Hero, which is being developed by a different team. If you're a fan of platformers, more Shantae can only be a good thing... it's likely to be the Wii U one for me now, as well. There's more space on my Wii U than my poor 3DS! |

That Nintendo network ID part as me a tad worried, does this mean you had to have bought pull/fallblox post 3ds update? |

| You have to have an NNID in order to use the eShop so even if you bought Pull/Fallblox before getting an NNID you'd need one to then buy World, and I'm guessing any purchases you made on the console will be tied to the NNID once you create it.
i.e. I don't think it matters. |

| Indeed it doesn't matter: as soon as you register a NNID on 3DS your purchases on that platform are all tied to it, or at least that's how it should have worked. I can see my 3DS purchase history on the Wii U eShop as well. Guess we'll find out on release day if the special offer pricing pops up or not.

| Ah, Nintendo Network Premium? One of the things I do miss from getting the white Wii U Basic, especially given the number of £40 retail games I have on my Wii U.
As for Pullblox World, I'll be following this thread closely. For some reason I'm not too excited about it, maybe I just *really* miss the 3D. Every time I see World my eyes still blend in with all the blocks. I'm sure it'll still be a fantastic puzzler, though. |

| I really enjoyed Blok Drop U. Its a short physics based puzzler, very basic in looks, but entertaining enough for the £1.29 asking price. Its also worth noting that it is the first HTML 5 based game released for Wii U. Plus, more levels are apparently coming. |
