I still haven't got any of the Picross games on 3DS. I really ought to rectify this. When I've played the rest of my backlog.

I've only just started on e3.  

Keiji Inafune is doing more stuff. Azure Striker Gunvolt, this one's called. The description sounds a bit like Strider to me.

Looks like Meteos 3D will never happen.    

3 years ago today, the 3DS was released in the UK.

It really doesn't feel like it's been as successful as the DS to me. Despite all the great games, many more than most Nintendo home consoles, I feel like it's lacked the surfeit of JRPGs and puzzlers that the made the DS my console of choice for a long long time.

Arrrrgh, more Nintendo negativity. Despite this, I'm really looking forward to PLvAA and Mario Golf World Tour, among others. Also, it's about time we had another big Nintendo franchise announced for the console! Maybe at E3...

I can't say a bad word about the machine, I've gotten use out of it almost every day for those 3 years and enjoyed a hoard of games in that time, so much so my home consoles don't get a whole lot of action these days. Here's to another 3 years (and however many more after that).

That's pretty nice.  Now they need to do the same with the Wii U.  

One for Cappa, Jas and Cube, this.  Features Guy and Jade from TotA, who were basically two of the only good parts of that game, along with other Tales characters. No sign of it ever making the jump to the UK, mind.

That's very bizarre of them to make a separate release when they could easily just offer Pokemon drawing lessons for the current game.

It could, but would it make as much money? It seems to me that quite a few of Nintendo's recent decisions/announcements have been about bringing in more dollar. If we can't have a smartphone game where we pay to make Mario jump higher, this is the next best thing. 

It seems I was a tad quick to judge this, as apparently theres a big change to it with it having different drawing tools/UI with it almost exclusively aimed at kids. (it also has tracing exercises)

Not everyone has the original- although to be fair there's no reason why it couldn't be standalone DLC, a la GTA: Episodes From Liberty City, or Luigi Bros.

So, errr, Activision is re-releasing a Ninja Turtles game with new character skins to tie in with the Michael Bay movie... Everything else is exactly the same as the Turtles game they released on 3DS last year. Cheap cash-in? Cheap cash-in.

So little bit's of info about the next Zelda title for 3DS is coming out, here's a link for some info on IGN about it.

erm......we probably won't see this for a good few years as the next Zelda game will no doubt be the wii U one.

Mas' Zelda post merged with this thread, which I agree is a better way of dealing with it than locking. Still feels a bit vague to merit anything more than a raised eyebrow, though.

I don't see another Zelda apart from maybe MM3D coming to the 3DS.

I really don't think its in Nintendo's best interest to be doing more remakes of Zelda games, a good chunk of the gaming community already think they "rehash" the same old game.
