| I'd be up for that. Haven't played a decent match-three since... well, actually since Pokémon Battle Link last year. |

| Just downloaded the iOS Puzzle & Dragons for research purposes. There's already a 3DS P&D game out in Japan that now likely won't make it to the West, but if we get this instead, it won't matter. Match 3 and RPG's, eh? Might & Magic: Clash Of Heroes is still in the house somewhere - one of my favourite DS games ever. |

| I've heard a lot of noise about Puzzles and Dragons on YouTube over the last six months, so I'd say Nintendo's onto a winner here.
I've also heard gamers suggesting that Nintendo put a stripped-down version of it on smartphone devices, with the hopes of directing potential new flock to the Church of Nin. Not 100% sure about this game for that, personally. Would a match-three puzzler best represent Nintendo? I don't think so. |

| A Nintendo-branded version of Picross would be brilliant. It's ages since I looked Picoss-alikes up on iOS, but at the time they all looked a bit gash. |

| The game is already a success as both companies shares went up and the game is coming west.
Also remember with pokemon games, the pokemon company can do what they want. |

| Good news maybe as Japan will be getting 17 games for the 3DS's in Q1, even if we only get 25% off those here that's still over 4 games. So might not be a bad year for the 3DS's after all. |

| In news that will only interest ZeroJones, the next pair of Inazuma Eleven GO games are being released in Europe in March. That is all. |

| I still have the first one unplayed and I should really give it a go, sounds right up my street being both football and rpg, I imagine it's similar to Blitzball in Final Fantsy X which I also loved. |

| Noooo it's much better than Blitzball. It's surprising that I've never felt the urge to pick up one after the first, I really enjoyed it but just kind of felt that was enough I suppose. |

| The first trilogy is fairly repetitive, to be sure, but the second one has started by introducing enough new mechanics that it felt like you were starting again. Although the new protagonist is not a patch on Mark Evans, it's still classic over-the-top japes. Chrono Stones is my most anticipated 3DS game now! |

| I played one of the games on 3DS and it was okay but I feel I was missing out as I didn't know the characters from previous games. But would give the games a bash but not in March due how much comes out then also is the Wii game any good.
I guess my most anticipated 3DS game is now Fire Emblem if

| I had the originals for a bit as well but only ever played the first which I did like even if I did trade them in at a later time. |

| True but it's also very RPG. You level up, have random battles, special moves... and a massively over-the-top storyline, natch. |

| I keep bemoaning how the 3DS doesn't have any good JRPGs, and I've completely neglected this. Zero (or anyone else), where's the best starting point for a newcomer to the franchise? |

| If you can get hold of a copy, Inazuma Eleven GO (Light or Dark). It's the beginning of a new trilogy and although it's enriched by having played the original trilogy (Mark Evans 4EVA), it's not vital to have done so. Mild knowledge of kickball is required, though, and it does take a wee while to get going. |

| In news that will perturb Jas, Nintendo are grumbling ominously about remakes and 100-yen smartphone-like games. I say that it'll perturb Jas, but it's not ideal for me either: I find that several downloadables feel "bitty" enough, without introducing another level of bittyness, and I've never been a fan of concentrating on remakes over new titles. |

| The idea of more low cost titles is fine with me but depends mainly what they are like in the long run, if it's things like gunman clive then that's great but the sounds of remakes I'm less happy about for the obvious reasons.

| Unless it's a remake you like Anyway I've just got a press release from Nintendo about the 3DS and 3DS day which is this Friday. It basically talks about New 3DS and the following coming on that date Majoras Mask 3D Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Ace Combat Assault Horizon Legacy + IronFall: Invasion Kirby Fighters Deluxe Dedede’s Drum Dash Deluxe Nintendo Anime Channel New Themes But then they talk about what's coming Pokemon Shuffle (Feb), Cooking Mama: Bon Appétit! (March), Gardening Mama: Forest Friends (March), Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars (March), Inazuma Eleven GO Chrono Stones: Wildfire/Thunderflash (March), Xenoblade Chronicles 3D (April), Code Name S.T.E.A.M. (May), and Puzzle & Dragons Z and Puzzle & Dragons Super Mario Bros. Edition (May). So is looking a good time for the 3DS a few things I want there maybe not in March. |

| Gardening Mama, you say? Not huge amounts for me there. I'm up for Puzzle & Dragons come March, and might also consider Chrono Stones. |

| Might be a bad year for you then Balla with the 3DS as I think May is when focus goes to the Wii U from Nintendo with Splatoon coming out then.
Hopefully we get Fire Emblem if this year but that might be about it.
Myself looking at New 3DS XL, MM3D, MH4U, IronFall (I think I'm getting a code), Xenoblade 3DS, STEAM and Puzzle & Dragons. |

Nope! Only if it happens to be a game that hasn't aged well & said remake makes it playable. |
