| All in favour of Shanks not being allowed to post in this thread between the Japan and EU releases? |

| I successfully blacked out for Portal 2, which considering the Valve PR Machine and PC Gaming Master Race Hype Machine, was pretty good going. |

| I successfully blacked out for Half Life 3, not seen any information about that so it's all good.
3DS release is in October, yep? |

| - Monday (New Assist Trophy):
Prince of the Sablé Kingdom, "from the Game Boy game Kaeru no Tame ni Kane wa Naru (translated as The Frog For Whom the Bell Tolls), which was only released in Japan." Obscure Nintendo history day! He turns into either a snake or a frog and attacks foes.
- Tuesday (New Item):
Three pieces? Yup, it's the Dragoon all over again... except it's the Daybreak cannon, from KIU's multiplayer. Pew pew pew.
- Wednesday (Pokémon):
Victini raises the attack and flinch resistance of its releaser; Xerneas boosts everybody's launch power, but the releaser's much more.
- Thursday (Trophies):
"Super Smash Bros. Brawl had tons of trophies, but rumo(u)r has it that the 3DS version alone may have more than Brawl. Looks like the Dr. Wily that we made from scratch for the 3DS version is on his knees in disbelief." And here's the Trophy Shop. Has sales occasionally. God damn it, time to stop spending all my Play Coins on Power Potions.
- Friday (New Stage?):
"♪Ba-ding!♪"
Right, in view of people's discussions about blackouts, I've decided that I'm going to black myself out from further SSB news, at least until SSB3D comes out. You can follow Sakurai on Miiverse to get all this from the horse's mouth, remember. It's obvious that the two games have significant differences between them, and this thread hasn't got many posts left in it anyway. Therefore, how do people feel about a separate SSB3D-specific thread, with more emphasis on keeping spoilers unspoiled? Useful, or unnecessary, or just too soon?

| Same I just wait for your news on SMASH Balla, but splitting the two titles up might make sense with 3DS coming soon, we can just talk about that one & set up MP games etc. Then the same with the U version. |

| I honestly thought that new item was Metroid related when I seen it on miiverse. |

And they used the engine from that to make Link's Awakening. Wonder if Frog will wind up in a Hanabi Festival? |

| I think we already know most of the best of what it'll have to offer now anyway so it's unlikely I'll ignore anything else, there's so much that's been revealed so far I doubt I'd remember it all anyway. |

| Aw really? Was kind of hoping he wouldn't get in this game. I would, however, love the return of the Halberd stage from Brawl. |

| Figured he'd be back to be honest, so not too surprised. Never really played as him so it's not a huge reveal for me. |

Why is the Duck Hunt dog in this leak?
No. This is too good to be true. I shall hide that for anybody who doesn't like spoilers in case these videos prove correct. |

| Its fair to say Bowser Jr, Shulk and Ganondorf at least are in. If what the other four said (particularly someone with an extremely rude username) is legit we'll find out soon.
The only way to know is if the dog gets confirmed soon. If he is in then anyone is in. The dog isn't even obscure. He is random. |

| I'm not too happy about the sound of the new swordsman's moveset if the rumours are true. - returning and new character spoiler:
Given shulk has so much more to his ability set than just sword strikes I was hoping to see rampant creative use of the monado, at least as far as special moves are concerned. Yet the rumour regarding him has him doing generic sword strikes and basically playing like yet another bloody blue haired swordsman from fire emblem.
And I'm pretty peeved at ganondorf once again playing like a captain falcon clone. Come on sakurai, the guy hasn't even used his fists as his main weapon of choice in his last two major appearances! Then again I'm pretty miffed at how many clones there are in general, if the leak ends up being real which is now looking likely we've also got doctor mario and dark pit making the roster.

| It sounds like the leaker worked at Nintendo America. The employee was submitting the game to ESRB. I guess he/she decided to go out with a blaze of glory. Looks like my hopes for Ridley, Zant and K.Rool are going to be dashed |
