Yeah you could earn 12 million in game and but 12 million with real cash , I've even done it on Forza 4 I was a few in game $ short, so bought some to get a Ferrari (i think) that was one of the five most expensive cars. So I could get the achievement lol. - JayMoyles wrote:

If it doesn't affect the game, I don't see the problem. I'm waiting to hear how long it takes to unlock these end-game cars before I pass judgement. If it's anything like the 3 years ridiculousness that Forza's running with then there's real issues here. I Regardless, it's still harming the game's design by making it pay-to-win, and by putting in microtransactions it's paving the way for future games to include them. If just one sap buys that end-game car straight out - and someone probably will because people are stupid - then it's a win for the publisher, and it's likely we'll see more microtransactions to come.
DLC - I'm fine with, so long as it isn't locked on the disc. This though is making features in games tougher to unlock just to try and squeeze a few quid out of their already-paying customers. I know people still playing Forza 3 & 4, whom are looking at xbone's over the PS4 due to Forza 5. i would a imagine they would still be playing forza 5 in 3 years time but like I said it might take 3 years to unlock the so called best car. But car's people want like the Bugatti Veryon aren't in it and it's not in the £64.99 season pass either it's £20 on it's own with no other way to get it. At least you can unlock the Jag in game. Problem is if GT6 takes 3 years to get to the Jaguar, as now the new generation is here will people still be playing it in 3 years or even have a PS3. I don't think this would of been a issue if on PS4 as you won't see another proper GT for ages. So people whom like it would have the 3 years to unlock the Jag. |

The thing is though, I couldn't really name more than a handful of gamers I know who play something for longer than a couple of months in this day and age, let alone 3 years. It's an archaic system and the fix isn't and shouldn't be to throw money at it. |

| It's silly but if someone is stupid enough to pay £120 and ultimately defeat the point of the game they just spent £40/£50 on then more fool them, I'm not even sure why it is an option to buy in game credits though, 90% of the fun of Gran Turismo is the grind to get to that point. - Balladeer wrote:

Can I ask why? I understand if it's because of the games (like it is for Jas), but it doesn't seem to be for you, Smurf. I suppose it just feels right to play a home console at home, it's not as if I force myself to play it over the 3DS, I want to play both because there's great games on both so I try to divide my time up. I think the last time I had the urge to play a 3DS game at home was Fire Emblem but that might have also been down to having no decent Wii U game to play at the time. |

...That really doesn't make it sound like a very appealing game. Then again, I take to realistic racing games like Cappa takes to JRPGs. |

| Right went into CEX in town in the window was a PS4 & Xbone, and the buccaneer edition of AC4 on PS4.
Went in looked at the Wii & WiiU stuff which is just mixed in together they used to do this with 3DS & DS but now put 3DS on the top shelf with DS below. Any way I go look at PS3 section thinking PS4 will be there but nope they've got a next gen section with sign and everything with PS4 & Xbox One there PS4 on the left & Xbone on the right.
Which really annoyed me as thing's like this doesn't help the Wii U, I've seen on eBay a Wii U game's say something like I bought this game for little jimmy but doesn't work on his Wii blah blahh. I don't mind Wii U being with Wii as it is backwoods compatible but they need to put the Wii U up the top like with 3DS & DS.

| Why what's wrong with yours, I'm not keen on what would be my closet game (the one I was offered a job in) it's so drap and sterile. And the how the till's are set up you can't really talk or anything. It's go in go to 3DS section pick up game go to till go out, I do know a few of them that work in there and they are gamers it's just set up to be quick shopping experience.
The next closet which I use a lot used to be gamestation is so much better, it's dark, music on and decent stuff, TV going showing games etc and you can talk to any of the staff about games for hours if you really wanted to, even the girls (I sound like jollysmurf). Like when I picked up my VITA, I was talking about the Xbone & Peggle 2 and how I really want play it & one of the guy's in there bought a PS4 & Xbone with only Peggle 2 the only game he want's at the moment for it. |

| I like my local GAME because it's a quick shopping experience. Sure, they're pleasant enough and will engage in a brief chat with you if you're wanting one, but it's miles better than Game Centre up the road. Those guys just fanny about and spend ages chatting with customers irregardless of whether there's a queue or not.
No offense to anyone here, but I feel sad for those folks who traipse into town just to hang about in a computer game shop and chat to the staff. Again, my nearest Games Centre attracts them like bees to honey. Unemployed, smelly bees, usually. |

| I absolutely hate it when there's someone trying to talk to you in there. The fact they try to sell you such unrelated bollocks certainly doesn't help. |

| My GAME's all right. For all the times I've heard of people on the Internet being pressured to buy stuff, the staff there have never tried that on me, and seem friendly and genuinely interested in games as well. That doesn't solve the prices, mind you, but it means I go in there to pick stuff up when I can. Azran Legacy was a recent GAME purchase. |

| I do the standing around a bit lol but is a 20 min drive into town and that got to pay to park. I hang around a bit to get my money's worth. Mine have never pressured me into buying anything till i bought my PS4 & VITA and trying to get me to buy GAMECare. They also remember things like I bought my LBW collector edition but they have the poster's in when I picked up my PS4 they had the poster in the bag ready for me. |

The display counters were pushed to either side of the shop leaving an 8 foot gap in the middle, possibly to accommodate queues & it was so barren. A few new games & then used stuff everywhere & hardly any Vita or 3DS games. I remember back in the N64 & Playstation days & it was crammed full of new stuff to browse. |

I mean it in a similar fashion as say, getting your house expanded in Animal Crossing and the actual racing (grind) is still enjoyable. My local GAME is quite pleasant nowadays, I can always manage to have a good chat with the staff there when I go in and they seem to have a good taste in games. I also have to say I don't get the idea that game shops need to be dark, just makes the whole idea of gaming seem seedy and shameful. |

| Blimey, N+, I'd forgotten all about that one. I still remember I made a stage named "STUART" and it was ridiculously impossible to complete.
Decent list. Mine's would probably go:
10 - The Dishwasher 9 - Trials HD 8 - Shadow Complex 7 - Geometry Wars Evolved 2 6 - Hotline Miami 5 - Braid 4 - Cave Story+ 3 - The Walking Dead 2 - Castle Crashers 1 - Rogue Legacy

| Rogue Legacy is amazing - recentish release, but so damn fun. It's an action/platformer in the vain of the new Castlevania titles where your goal is to traverse four zones and slay four bosses to unlock access to the final boss. The twist is that you'll die a lot, but you'll be reborn as your previous character's son or daughter, each with their own unique traits. These can range from "strong warrior" to "hyperactive mage" to "short-sighted OCD barbarian" and many more. Highly recommended. |

| Sounds interesting but just googled to see how I would play it. It's not on 360 or Wii or PS3 yet, I do see it's coming to PS3/4/V in 2014. So how's it your number 1 game of the 7th gen if it's currently not on 7th gen systems, unless your playing it on this (and not sure that would even count as 7th gen system) |
