You've already got many news item threads, don't be dumping that stuff in here. |

| If anything, I'm sorry I've put this off of topic from Jimbob's discussion in the first place (back on topic, er, sorry, don't really use grenades in games as I blow myself up!).
That said, I'm completely sick of seeing this place turn into a mas(s) of Nintendo Life and C&VG news links and copy and paste jobs. |

Not cool Mas, not cool. Back on topic, I mentioned this somewhere else, but I'll bring it up here again - I love how Nintendo have music playing throughout all their menus. The eShop, System Settings, all of it. It's part of that Nintendo charm that I've really missed not having a current Nintendo console for some time. |

| I think I did a music week on one of the Wii U menu tunes, so good was it! That's a pleasure yet to come for you, Jay - both the System Settings and Friends List musics are worthy of praise. I particularly like how the latter is divided into two parts, one on the TV and one on the gamepad. |

Ouch! I always seem to have trouble with the gas tank zombies but it's more their placement that usually surprises me the most. |

| Ooh, whoever placed some of those exploding zombies was properly evil. Probably the biggest jump scares in the game for me.
Nintendo menu music can be pretty amazing. Mii Maker, the Wii shop... the love they pour into the littlest things is a big part of why I love them so much. Not quite a menu, but the music made this an experience I'll never forget. |

I'll get my brother to boot up his Wii U so I can have a listen, sounds lovely though! |

| Hi Guys,
I've had a few days away but miss most of you, sorry if I offended anyone else with my post (which has now been edited). I've just been annoyed with cappa over the last few weeks as every time I seem to post something, he has to post some remark about it. But doesn't affect any of the rest of you or me being here. I will just ignore him directly from now on.
Thanks for your understanding. Masofdas
And yes I know this isn't a random gaming thought.

| I do have a random thought,
I don't know if I've said this before on here but I'm being annoyed (not sure if the right word) about PSN+ again. As Sony are having there summer sale at the moment, there's some decent stuff on the VITA but still a bit expensive for me to take the plunge on some sorry Mind Zero & Walking Dead Season 2 (As I've yet to play number 1).
But on PS4 I'm very tempted by four games with three of those being Octodad at £6.55, Awesomenauts at £4.63, StreamWorld Dig at £3.59 (Might of been cheaper before on something else) which all seem like great prices but do I buy some of these knowing that they might come to PSN+ at some-point.
And that's my annoyance with the PS4 having a small library and having at least 2 games a month on Plus, so will these eventually be on it as the other day when I was hanging out with ibbsters he had a rage as he downloaded something & like a week later it was free on + with him then going I'm never buying a single thing off PSN, Sony are robbing bastards blahh blahh blahh.
So do I buy and support the Indies or wait to they come to Plus & get for free, another is The Swapper which came out today but is £11 and another likely to come Plus at somepoint.
Anyone have this problem, the 4th game is bound by flame which is now £22.49 which more then I like to pay for a download but cheapest I've seen on disc is £40. |

| At the end of the day if you want a game you buy it. There's no point in tactical buying like that! If I get a load of games out of that months plus I'm pretty happy about it but I'm not gonna cry that I already owned Crysis 3 this month.
As for PS4 + games I think most of them are coming out on the same day they're going free on it, so I wouldn't worry about that too much. |

| I'm in no real panic to play those three games it's just there good prices at the moment, so do I get now when they are well priced and play some time when I've got the time or just wait.
I don't think i'm going to bother with bound by flame with dragon age coming soon.
Also looked through some of the earlier posts what ever happened to Drunka's rolling top 25 games vote. |

| If you aren't in a rush to play them then just wait, also I'm with andy on this one the month after I got PS+ for the first time dead space 3 was put on it which I had recently bought in a sale but it didn't bother me one bit. In the future I see myself using it mainly to play games I'm unsure about. - masofdas wrote:

| Right so I've just watched both MS & Sony's conferences from gamescom, both had really good showings.
My random thought is why doesn't Nintendo take it serious, their there on the show floor but that's it. Yet Comic-Con had a SMASH tourney & twitch streams yet us Europeans biggest gaming event has nothing. |

| A few possible reasons:
Nintendo would rather have big showings in Nintendo directs.
Nintendo of Europe aren't that great.
They always go one their own path no matter how odd it may seem.
---
As I've said in the dedicated GC thread I personally don't get the attraction of the event and will probably never follow it in the same way I do E3 if I hear of any interesting news coming from there then I'll look it up.
