C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER!

This could well be my one game of February. If other people enjoy it offline, that is.

I enjoy it in offline but you will be able to see for yourself with a demo being out soon, a demo that sounds like it is being done the way it should be unlike for 3U.

EDIT: in fact demo codes have been sent out via email so you may have one right now.

Ridiculously excited for this. I shall be getting that XL and I shall be loving it.

I've got codes as well if anyone needs, that XL does look dam nice but it's not quite tempting due to something else.

Just played the Demo that C-Stick makes a huge difference and the 3D in the cut-scene is excellent.

You really do love that C stick don't you?

I really do, it's the one thing on the New 3DS that you can see & use right away. Being faster is good but it's just faster, the C-Stick makes something like MH4U a better experience to play.

After all my time spent in 3U the second stick is less important to me due to the introduction of the target cam function which I use the majority of the time now, so the c-stick will only be used for minor adjustments.

I have no idea how you do it Jas. In the demo I was massively overshooting the monster and found focusing on any body part that wasn't considered the middle to be impossible.

I do realise it isn't normal but I guess it's just reflex for me now and that I know where to position myself in relation to the monster, the way I played freedom unite probably helped with this too. (minor adjustments with d-pad & centring the camera behind me with the L button)

Well, I had a go at each of the three monsters and managed to beat them. I really enjoyed the third quest! Great monster design on that one.

Looks like its going to be another game I use Sword and shield or Greatsword. I am really intrigued by the charge blade but didnt understand it first time around.

I feel like a scamp, but I couldn't beg for a single code from you lovely people, could I? I got some, but one of them didn't work, so our Monster Hunter gang has one sad, MH4U demo-less member now...
