Ace Attorney - Spirit Of Justice (AA6)

I've still Dual Destinies to finish, but I may leave it till August now to get me psyched up for AA6.

I've not managed to complete one since the original trilogy. I just haven't been in the mindset.

The existence of more makes me happy, though, as I'll definitely do it eventually.

I've still got to finish dual destinies myself. I think I ended up leaving it in a bad spot.

Also been meaning to finish the trilogy again which I may do during winter

I bought DD when it went on sale thinking I'd finish off the originals on iOS but like drunka I was never in the mindset to return to them after completing about 2 cases.

In the iOS version I think you can completely skip over that case? (If it's case three you're talking about, which is indeed meh.) If not, just use a walkthrough - it's worth it for case 4. You could move straight onto T&T, case 4 doesn't really impact the larger AA storyline, but case 4 is worth it.

This is the 3ds version that's been sitting in my Jap 3ds for at least 5 or so months

I'd go back to it - Ace Attorney took a while to grip me, and it lost its hold for a while during JfA, but it's well worth continuing on.

That works nicely for me - I've got a few days off the weekend prior to when this releases, so I'll knock Dual Destinies out over that time and in time for Spirit of Justice.

Took me far too long to jump on 5 but I'll be there day 1 for this. Can't wait!

Nah, I'm buying it anyway, so I'll wait a fortnight to get acquainted.

Is it fresh content, or is the demo content going to end up in the finished game? If it's the former, I might give it a download before the real thing drops.

Also, I saw Nintendo uploaded a "prologue" video for Spirit of Justice on their YouTube channel. I'm guessing this is fresh, not-in-the-game content, but I've not had a chance to watch it yet. Anyone had a gander at that?

Hear it's just the start of the game. The prologue, however, seemed to be different stuff, or at least told in a different way... I didn't like it much. I prefer the Wight Anything Agency when they're not voice acted.

Ach, I don't really mind the voice acting all too much. They've always had a voice, even it's just been them bellowing "OBJECTION" or "HOLD IT!"
