Daisy is trash, definitely with Scullion on this one. Although I still have the Amiibo myself which I guess makes me some sort of hypocrite.

This seems as good a place as any to bring up the latest 'ALL GAEMZ JURNALISTS R CORUPT' bobbins. Of course, this arose from one 'games journalist' not being great, plagiarising at least three reviews (among them yer man Scullion's content, hence pushing it in here) and putting out a horrendous non-apology when caught/fired from IGN.

It's all a bit messy, but probably worth bringing it up. Besides the usual rampant idiocy and post-G****G*** nonsense, the person responsible has got his just desserts, so it's arguably a good ending to the story. Not happy, but good.

Filip was always out of his depth at IGN. It's as if they took a risk on a YouTuber who eventually showed his true colours ie. he's an amateur thrown in to a professional journalism environment. Probably a wake-up call for the industry, but I'm glad he's gone as he was incredibly awkward on podcasts and had no individual thoughts or opinions on anything. He was like a slimy avatar for the generic, "everything is great" bedroom gamer.

Blimey. I guess that explains the plagiarism (don’t have original thoughts? Steal them from someone who does!), and it looks like he brought the YouTuber code of ethics to work with him too.

I can only agree with gJones and now in a post world of it happening, we now know like he didn't even write the notes for NVC or anything along with loads of other stuff that I'm now shocked it took this long.

It's staggering that he then went out to claim that he didn't plagiarise Scullion's review. Madness. He's gone though, so that's that.

Scullion's started a series on naff Kart games, which looks promising and I'll be reading along as he updates it.

His Hello Kitty one was a bit meh, apart from the fact that there's a character called Kuromi. The Garfield one is better.

I enjoyed the roundup of naff stages - I've yet to get to Garfield, but I'll read that soon enough.
