Get yer own black hole ideas! DAMN YOU! Also you're obviously right on the VR front, but I reckon with the current VR tech. it would be a one-way trip to Vomtown the moment Samus got her Grapple Beam out.

Yoshi's Crafted World lit up our Switches... well last month, but we hadn't got around to it then. But now we have! It looks great but sounds dreadful. What's the worst soundtrack in gaming that you can remember?
Frenchy Bird, obviously.

Image and Form tried out their third genre in as many games with Steamworld Quest, following turn-based strategy and Metroidvania with a card-based RPG. Which genre should they put their robots in next?
I want a crunchy, thumpy, satisfying robot shooter like Binary Domain or Vanquish.

Nintendo took their first steps into Virtual Reality this month. Therefore we ask the obvious question: which Nintendo franchise could really do with a VR upgrade?
Well, the obvious correct answers are Starfox or F-Zero because VR works best with games where the player is actually sat still in a cockpit. More creatively, Pikmin could be super interesting. Looking down at the little fellas crawling around doing their thing could finally realise Shigsy's "sitting in the garden looking at ants" vision.

Mortal Kombat 11 brutally tore its way into hard drives across the world last month, but if you were forced into Kombat with a fellow forumite, what would your fatality look like?
Honestly, it would probably be me trying to help them and through my own absent-mindedness clumsily getting them killed.

Avengers: Endgame blasted into cinemas at the tail end of last month but don't worry, we're not going to promote spoilers! Well, not for Endgame at least - tell us about a time you had something spoiled for you.
For Infinity War, I scrolled down on a random Splatoon facebook post and saw a list of who dies in the comments Sad
Also, any time my mum tries to subtly give me clues about anything, she absolutely gives it away. She is really bad at being sly with that stuff.

The world marvelled at the first pictures of a black hole, but we want more than that. GNamer - what lies beyond the event horizon? What's REALLY inside a black hole?

One of the best VR titles - that Astro Boy one, supposedly - uses a third person perspective, so that idea could actually work really well.

May saw a few... questionable ports make their way to Switch, chiefly Saints Row the Third and Assassin's Creed III Remastered which showed that not all ports are created equal. What's the worst port or version of a game that you've played and what was wrong with it?
I've played some shite games, but nothing is coming to mind that was bad specifically because of the port. I didn't personally play it, but that Wii version of Okami with the end credits removed sounds pretty insane.

Lapis x Labyrinth stacked up four characters to explore loot-filled dungeons in May, and was well received in doing so. If you could pick any three people to help you explore loot-filled dungeons, who would they be?
Jesus of Nazareth, Jeremy Corbyn and Bernie Sanders. They're socialist, innit, so I'll get my fair share of the loot.

Cricket 19 - The Official Game of the Ashes came out in May, so of course Balla's doing a question about it. The titular Ashes is one of the great sporting rivalries, between England and Australia: describe a rivalry, sporting or otherwise, that you really enjoy following.
WCW and WWF back in the day. We wouldn't have had the great on-screen rivalries without the behind-the-scenes rivalry between the companies.

Observation launched on PS4 during a pretty sparse month. You play a computer system monitoring a space station, helping out a crew member over the events of the game. If you were monitoring and controlling a space station, what shenanigans would you get up to in order to... "assist" the crew?
Did you ever see the reality tv/ elaborate prank show "space cadets", in which they convinced a crew of genuine idiots that they'd been launched into space? In the final episode, they met an "alien". I'd try to pull shit like that.

Detective Pikachu thundered into cinema screens last month in which Ryan Reynolds voice the titular sleuth. We want the scoop here at GNamer - who's voicing the main character in the next Pokémon movie and which Pokémon are they lending their vocal talents to?
Scarlett Johannssann is playing Jynx.

The EU elections took place this month, and the strong showing for anti-Brexit parties was a rare bright spot in recent British politics. What would your political party be called, and what would be its flagship policy?
Our main policy would be to put the means of production in the hands of the workers. I can't think of a good name, though.

I like that we both went with Scar-Jo gags.

Also, the wording "which three people" made me less inclined to pick characters.

The Lady came up with, 'Terry Crewes as Pichu.'  We've all lost.

And yep, that was the way I meant to phrase it, but I got stuck on Fi.  No wrong answers, natch!  I can even think of some pretty good Conservative politicians you might take into the dungeon: they'd be pretty good at finding the loot, and then you can leave them there.

Jay, your party is completely unrealistic. Nobody would vote for that. Get serious mate.

May saw a few... questionable ports make their way to Switch, chiefly Saints Row the Third and Assassin's Creed III Remastered which showed that not all ports are created equal. What's the worst port or version of a game that you've played and what was wrong with it?

Mortal Kombat on SNES, lack of blood etc

Lapis x Labyrinth stacked up four characters to explore loot-filled dungeons in May, and was well received in doing so. If you could pick any three people to help you explore loot-filled dungeons, who would they be?

Link to smash pots and open chests
Goblin Slayer as he'd be useful to take out enemies
Morrigan to be the healer

Cricket 19 - The Official Game of the Ashes came out in May, so of course Balla's doing a question about it. The titular Ashes is one of the great sporting rivalries, between England and Australia: describe a rivalry, sporting or otherwise, that you really enjoy following.

One I hope to follow is AEW and WWE.

Observation launched on PS4 during a pretty sparse month. You play a computer system monitoring a space station, helping out a crew member over the events of the game. If you were monitoring and controlling a space station, what shenanigans would you get up to in order to... "assist" the crew?

Some how react Event Horizon

Detective Pikachu thundered into cinema screens last month in which Ryan Reynolds voice the titular sleuth. We want the scoop here at GNamer - who's voicing the main character in the next Pokémon movie and which Pokémon are they lending their vocal talents to?

Emma Stone as Eevee

The EU elections took place this month, and the strong showing for anti-Brexit parties was a rare bright spot in recent British politics. What would your political party be called, and what would be its flagship policy?

Mario Party and every policy will be decided by dice rolls.
