| Looks like a Gameboy Wartortle?
I'd just love a Smash Bros. remix of this. C64 support please! |

| To me that's dissapointing, if they're both effectively the same, characters and all there's just no reason to pick up the 3DS version. I want to want both. |

| Whaaa? Apart from the very different stages, I'm sure we'll see different modes in each. Hoping for some StreetPass integration on the 3DS version myself. Didn't SFIV3D have a decent StreePass mode? |

| At the end of the day it's surely mostly going to be about the arcade mode, I guess if there's plenty of other modes it'd be ok. SFIV3D had an ok RPGish figure battling mode. Certainly not something that'd sell a 3DS vesion to me. |

| I'm pretty disappointed that the roster will be the same on both. I think a different roster would have added some further incentive to buy both, like Pokemon's version exclusive critters. |

| Also I think it would've been a nice way to include characters that haven't appeared on home consoles. |

| Utterly unsurprisingly, Olimar's in Smash Bros. 4. Can't see any new moves or Pikmin in there, sadly: I'm hoping for some rejigs of every existing character's moveset at least.
Pikmin course looks nice though. |

| This thought has been rumbling around the Zero brain for a few weeks now and it's time to let it out. If everyone on the Internet got their Smash Bros. 4 dream character roster, there'd be over 200 fighters and they'd have to play out battles on white backgrounds. |

| As long as Midna, Adeline from Kirby 64, Absol and that crab enemy from NSMBU get in, I'll be happy. |

| I'll just be happy with Chrom (preferably without the absolutely horrible moveset like Ike and somewhere in between Ike and Marth in terms of power and speed instead) and either Girahim or Shulk or Ray MKIII or Mewtwo (revised so he's even better than Lucario naturally). |

| I would like Shulk to feature, keeping Jigglypuff in would be a nice touch too with its recent type change. Apart from that I hope Olimar gets an overhaul, I did not like him at all in brawl. |

| I almost forgot to ask, we all talk about characters and tend to forget this, but if you could pick five stages from Brawl to return in this game which would they be? And just to be clear stuff like final destination and battlefield don't count as those always return.
My picks would be Pirate Ship, Spear Pillar, Pokemon Stadium 2, that stage with the changing leaf colours, and the Fire Emblem stage.
Oh and after seeing Smash at evo yesterday I now think they should keep Jigglypuff. I can'st stand playing it but watching a pro use it is believable. |

| Hanenbow? Must say, I didn't like that one at all. Agreed on Spear Pillar and Pirate Ship though. My other three would be Halberd, Skyworld and Summit. And definitely no New Pork City or 75m please. Also I'm still waiting for a stage taking place on the back of Rayquaza.
I'd still like to see Jiggly dropped for Lugia or someone equally floaty. Or drop it and Lucario for Xerneas and Yveltal. I could get behind that. |

| Id like to see the Halberd return, Spear pillar will surely be dropped for something like... Team plasma frigate perhaps? Id like to see the return of the Pirate ship map and Norfair to. |

| I can't see it being dropped for anything relating to the Frigate honestly. Nothing actually happened there that was of note if I recall it properly, whereas Spear Pillar was at the top of the region and the place the villain summons the gods of the region.
I'm not saying it won't be replaced, but wouldn't better alternatives be something like the top of Dragonspiral Tower where N gets his Legendary Dragon or N's throne room? Both of those would be an epic place to set matches, and would allow the two mascot legendary Pokemon of gen 5 to make an appearance like Dilaga and Palkia on Spear Pillar. |

| I will say (and I'm still mega-excited mind) the new stages look a bit... meh. They seem to be mostly generic platform sets that move past exciting background scenery. |

| Brawl was no different though; and I don't called the NSMB course's spikey pillars "scenery"! |

| I kind of prefer the scenery approach myself. Stages like the Ice Climbers, Donkey Kong falls, and Game and Watch 2 just drive me insane with the amount of interference the stages have in the fighting. That said I do wish we'd see more stages like the castle in the original N64 game and the Mario stage. In fact I rather wish they'd bring back most of the retro stages, they were great fun to play on. |

| Now this is just silly. Did anyone think that the SSE's cut-scenes (which were the best part of it) suffered from being on YouTube? Anyone? |
