| Makes me think VC of Cube games is coming are you can use the cube controller, also I wonder if anything else will use the cube controller like in mario kart 8 in the same way the Pro U is used.
And I want that SMASH cube controller and makes me think there could be lot's of different versions of the game when it comes out.
One negative thing with all these control methods, what gamepad use will there actually be. |

| Argh, I was hunting Pro Controllers in preparation for 4 player Smash! At least my pristine GC controllers will get a fresh de-dusting now! |

| Wonder if they'll start to produce GC controllers again? I never had a GC myself, so all my controllers are third-party ones (one of which is broken ) and I'd quite like to get an official one without having to resort to eBay. |

| I'm pretty sure I've seen people saying they will but that might have just been assumptions. I'm in desperate need of some new ones (the analogue stick pad has come unstuck on my original) so fingers crossed we'll get a fresh batch! |

I think it's just assumption or people getting a confused with those licensed ones announced about a week ago which plug into wiimotes. |

| That controller pictured with the adapter has the new smash bros logo on it, surely they will sell those? Maybe even in some sort of bundle with the game. |

| The only disadvantage to that attachment is that I'll have to find my GC controllers again. Very good indeed, and a sign of listening to their fans. I hope that Nintendo bring out new compatible controllers as well! - Monday (Visual Touches):
Revival platforms! When the indicators on the bottom turn red, you're about to drop.
- Tuesday (Item):
Pro-tip: when using the Rocket Belt, which allows you to hover with a jump, fly away from the giant green monster.
- Wednesday (Visual Touches):
A nice one, this: when you've taken a lot of damage, you'll start to steam. Cute!
- Thursday (Ike):
Eruption's back as his B neutral. Has recoil if fully charged.
- Friday (Game Mechanics):
Bottom screen allows you to tap and highlight someone, in case you get confused.

| I know a fair few of my friends will be wanting to use that. Personally, I always got among with the Wii classic and an looking forward to using the pro, which is a lovely bit of kit. |

One negative thing with all these control methods, what gamepad use will there actually be. Same, the first thing I thought of when the adapter was announced was virtual console. Though it does make me wonder whether Nintendo will actually do it -- the only people who can buy GC Virtual Console games would be those who own GC controllers in the first place, which significantly lowers the reach of the service. If GC controllers re-enter production for Europe that'd be better, but not great. |

| Why couldn't you use the gamepad or pro u to play cube games on the VC, you can use them to play nes & snes games and wii you could play n64 games with the classic. |

games with the classic. I don't have a Pro to check if it does, but the Gamepad doesn't have analogue triggers, so you'd lose that functionality. |

| I've used mine to play VC game's like kirby adventure, and the triggers is a bit of a annoyance but the U has had COD & NFS which have worked relatively well. |

| - Monday (New Stage):
Introducing Mushroom Kingdom U! Kamek features in this stage, apparently. He waves his wand... ...and this happens. Also, this stage will be playable at the Smash Bros. Invitational.
- Tuesday (Trophy):
We've had shrunk-down stages as trophies before. Moving on.
- Wednesday (New Item):
A boomerang! How very timely. Its power increases with every throw, but it can be grabbed mid-flight. Sakurai says, "Here's a new item that we've thrown in." Dear oh dear.
- Thursday (Stage Details):
Brooster's Rewst makes a comeback.
- Friday (New Stage):
That's the Fire Emblem Coliseum in the background. According to Sakurai, it's filled with hope, despair, and "variable platforms."
Two new stages! TWO NEW STAGES! |

| At this point I think we've seen the last of new characters, maybe one or two more, but I reckon the rest of the roster now will be returnees such as falco, meta knight, captain falcon, ness, ganondorf, and probably jigglypuff and maybe wolf. Add in this and the roster is bumped up to 39, the same amount we had in brawl. I still think we might see an awakening character (avatar or a lucina alternate form for marth), and x being confirmed as a sequel to xenoblade makes shulk a possibility that I honestly didn't hold any belief in until now as well. |

| The Mii characters look much better than I was expecting and the customisable movesets are very welcome, now I'm just waiting for a few characters to return, Captain Falcon, Gannondorf, Jigglypuff, Ness, Meta Knight, Ice Climbers, Wario and Game and Watch confirmed now please. |

| I was a little bit disappointed that it's been delayed, only because I wanted to take the game with me when I went on holiday. (I blame the Mii's) Did like the intro for Palutena and everybody going on how they all of a sudden wanted a Smash Anime |

| One new character, one returning character. - Spoiler:
Confirmed by Nintendo of America. Design is supposedly based off the older Pac-Man designs. Game and Watch is back too, but I can't find a link.
