| I went through the old 360 thread, great memories there. A particularly funny story was when a random person joined myself, grf, SD Downs' and Cube's online party on Halo and did nothing but breath heavily into the mic, as we all sat in an embarrassed silence. I think one of us eventually kicked him from the party. Also, I'm going to post these without context, from the same thread, all from the same game. Guess that game! - JayMoyles on the 27th of October 2008 wrote:

| Heh, I was playing Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate online whilst on the loo the other week...not that I told Andyman, Jaster or Dusty about that... Bad news, everyone, it seems CVG is almost dead. Clicking through to any articles through search engines redirects you to GamesRadar+, and the main homepage will do the same. The forums are still up if you search around for them, though, but they'll probably be going next. That's six years of this forum's history about to go down the drain |

| On the plus side, we've got over two years of our very own stashed away on here. |

| It is sad, especially considering online communities like ours do benefit from having an archive of memories to reflect on, and we're losing that archive. But as Stu rightly says, we've two years worth of good times here to draw upon, and many more to come. |
