| I would buy it, I didn't like it on a 3DS it felt like a console game. |

| This would make me both happy and confused. Surely they would make a tradition out of Gamecube remakes and do the first? |

| They could do a compilation, I suppose. They won't though. |

Yep. I really hope it isn't true. If it is, it will increase my suspicions that Nintendo is treating the Wii U like Sony is the Vita - a machine for old ports. A port of the original LM, though, would make kinda sense. |

Wii U: Home of Gamecube ports. |

That was the logic I would have thought they were using for planned remakes or ports. I noticed Wind Waker got on Wii U and thought 3DS may get more N64 remakes and Wii U would get GC remakes. Then DKCR got announced. The whole idea just leads me to believe this is fake because it seems so weird. There was a time I understood patterns of re-releases with Nintendo. The Pokemon and DK re-releases on GBA and DS made sense. The Wii-makes made sense. This does not. There doesn't seem to be any pattern this time around. |

| It seems the LM on Wii U rumour dates from May 2012...

More and more retailers are listing it though. And some also list Devilish Brain Training for Wii U... Hmmmm...... |

| The problem is, Luigi's Mansion really pushed the 3DS but would be standard stuff on Wii U. Similar to MH3:U and RE:R. |

| I don't see the point in it, I enjoyed Luigi enough but I definitely wouldn't be tempted to buy the same game again in the same gen. As for MH3U I don't think the 3DS version is as good, especially without the online (and basically needing the circle pad pro) |

| Nah it's not real, it's some cruddy retailer listing names because they know little about Wii U or how running a computer games company works. |

| Regarding a Wii U port of Luigi's Mansion 2: if it makes a great game even better then I'm all for it. It's got to be purposeful though. I had thought since it's original Wii release that Donkey Kong Country Returns would make a fantastic 3DS game. It does, but still fails to really shine as the developer didn't do enough to expand upon the original template. |

| All is fine we are getting Hello Kitty Go Karting but in a serious note the battery pack for the gamepad is now officially available from amazon in the EU distributed by Nintendo.
Also the big N has announced some more Wii U bundles which all seem quite decent to appeal to the casual gamer, whom are more likely to get a Wii U then a black box of power. |

| Still 7x more than not much, though. Hopefully Super Mario 3D World's arrival will have been timed just right (I think it has been). |
