| I don't know how this hasn't been news on any site, so I will be the one with the news.
Transformers Rise of the Dark Spark came out on pretty much everything on Friday, the Wii U version one being hard to find and talking to the guys in GAME 3rd party titles like this will be, if I want to collect all the Wii U games need to preorder day one or pay top dollar on eBay after. They had ZERO in and neither did the local indy store, looking at prices of other games like this eg spider-man 2 dam those Wii U prices.
But that's not the news that's just me rambling the news is that it's not got the multi-player on the Wii U version, I didn't know this in till I saw people moan on the miiverse. So transformers is 1 a bad game from reviews (remember this isn't from high noon), has no multi-player and is hard to find on the Wii U and if you do it's about £45.
No wonder 3rd party titles don't sell, but after playing some games recently on the U that has MP I can understand why they wouldn't pay to have servers up as the biggest community I found was Black Ops 2 which has about 800 people online apart from Kart 8 of course but that is first party.
I just hope when likes of devil third, splatoon comes out that people stick with the online. |

| I'd say they aren't reporting it as its old news, I remember the wii U version of sniper elite having modes cut from it, as for Transformers its £29 on shopto. - masofdas wrote:

Erm...wouldn't they just use the same servers as the other formats? Also even though its harder to count I'd say MH3U has more folk online than black ops 2. |

Erm...wouldn't they just use the same servers as the other formats? Not exactly- they'd need some modification to run with Nintendo Network instead of XBL/PSN, but that's probably trivial. |

| At least someone is selling Transformers at a decent price then, Yeah just seem weird no one reported it like they have done in the past even as some sort of troll headline.
I forgot about Monster Hunter, I still think of it as a bit of first party title or least a exclusive.
Yeah but what seemed weird about this as all of Activsions games so far on the U have been the same the other console apart from getting DLC in COD's case. |

It is an exclusive but its still third party as well, when I was on the other week it was still busy as ever with numerous lobbies hitting the max limit of 100. |

| That's what I applied it's a exclusive and the online has a strong community all the multi-format titles don't seem to at all. |

| That's because the likes of CoD and other multi format games usually have a strong following for one system, in the case of CoD most pick xbox because it got the DLC first. |

| Well ghosts only sold 700k more on 360 then PS3 with PS4 best selling current gen version.
But my point was its a shame the WiiU doesn't get the full package as transformers could of had around 100 so people playing. Okay it be a small community like the other 3rd party game's but it's better than nothing.
There's what 7 million WiiUs out there, surely they get behind 3rd party and support them better. |

| So, Miyamoto during E3 for some reason asked Kotaku readers what game they'd most like for Wii U. The responses have been collated and they were.....
Metroid (2D or 3D, with many calling for Metroid Prime 4) A new Pokémon Snap A new F-Zero. A new 3D Mario game (Galaxy 3 or Sunshine 2). An original Dungeons-and-Dragons-style game with the GamePad player serving the role as dungeon master.
Mega Man Legends 3 Buy Capcom.... Earthbound Star tropics Majora's Mask remake for 3DS....

There's just a weird social stigma (is that the right term there?) put on Nintendo fans that they only prefer a single player experience (not online MP) so developers put less focus on it or remove it from their games, Nintendo have clearly noticed this which is why we have the likes of Splatoon. ---- That dungeons and dragons game sounds ace! It could be a hell of a local *multiple player game.

This. Not that I'd be against Super Mario Galaxy 3, but unpredictable Nintendo is best Nintendo. And 3D Mario reinvents itself every two entries: 64/Sunshine, Galaxy/Galaxy 2, 3D Land/3D World. We need something fresh again (preferably open worlds like 64 though)! |

That dungeons and dragons game sounds ace! It could be a hell of a local multiple player game. Single and local multiplayer, I'd say. I'm pretty sure that's just because Nintendo fans have had to put up with behind-the-times online, although the stereotype is true in my case. That said, I'd play the hell out of a D&D-type game online. I have not forgotten the GNamer RPG, I'm just pretending that I have. |

| Yeah it has seemed to behind the times with a few games catching on as I remember playing Conduit a few years after it came out and finding games easily on the Wii. |

| Someone tweeted the president of SEGA, asking about VC games coming to the Wii U. His response was no plans at the moment, but let SEGA of America know of your wishes.
Project Cars has been delayed on Wii U to early 2015, as of this time not a single screenshot has been of the Wii U version. But could be worse the 360 & PS3 versions have been canned. |

| Some folk will wait for it (project Cars) but I hope they don't complain when the sales don't live up to their expectations, I do like a good racing game but I'm still unsure what to get it for. (as I could have a ps4 by its release) |

| Well if you only on a Wii U or it & a last gen system, you'll have to wait and it could be your only option. Plus most likely going to be the only realistic racer to come to the U, so might do okay. |

| Now who's not reading my post? There is a decent chance I could have a ps4 by the time it arrives so if I do then I'll get it on that. |

| I was talking in general and your sales expectations bit. But seen some tweets about it that the game was crowd funded (yet bandai namco are publishing it) with a vast majority of backers being Nintendo fans (not sure how they know that). |
