| As it start in this thread, the Doc's have found something wrong with me. I've got a Iron deficiency, and going on a course of tablet from Monday.
Nothing to serious really. |

| Glad to hear you've got a diagnosis, mas - now you can move forward. |

| Ah, cool - obviously it'd be better if all was 100% well, but it's very good to hear that it's something that can be dealt with to a capacity. |

| Just be careful that the doctor you spoke to wasn't actually Mystique, and she's pumping you full of iron so Magneto can pull it out of your blood for use in a daring escape. |

| Woo, medicine! Feel that should go into the 'Things That You Like' thread, but pleased for the Big Man nonetheless. |

| Yesterday evening I had to stop playing Batman: Arkham Origins because a dude I was supposed to be interrogating following a multiple thug fight had got caught on some scenery. A glitch. Today I had to stop playing Batman: Arkham Origins because the last dude in a later multiple thug fight had got caught behind some scenery and had thus become invincible. How do developers and publishers get away with this?! |

| Thing's like that is what I was talking about the Dark Souls port coming recently as it does happen. Ubisoft has made a career of it and why I've not gone back to AC: Origins yet as I had similar to you. |

| Arkham Origins was rife with it. I remember getting into a fight where I couldn't hit anyone and they couldn't hit me, so they just stood around calling me names. |

| Skyrim has plenty of glitches, but they tend towards the silly variety - like goat cart - rather than the kind Zero described. At least that's my experience. I did have one quest that couldn't be finished because its relevant NPC didn't spawn, annoying but it was a side-quest and didn't really muck up my progression. |

| Yeah - they ironed out a lot of the original "big" glitches in patch updates, which of course will be taken care of with the Switch version. |

| Bad flatpack furniture. An easy thing to hate, for sure, but it seems too challenging for some companies. The dowels in step one went in relatively well but the plastic screw holders in step two were very difficult to put in place. I used my hammer more than Thor in his/her entire adventures combined and a couple of them still didn't fit in place. That said, it's a lovely coffee table that's now got my Switch Pro Controller and some biscuits in its lone drawer. Everything I need. |

| This week in "what's wrong with Jimbob", I've still got this nerve tingling thing, and am still waiting for some confirmation I'm getting an appointment with a neurologist, but at least I've got the hang of sleeping in a way that means I don't wake up in the middle of the night having taken down part of my circulatory system. However, this involves sleeping with my head straight on a pillow. I sleep on my side, so my ear pushes into it. Since Saturday, I haven't been able to hear anything but white noise through my right ear. If I was a horse I'd be at the glue factory by now. |

| Strong wind in games, blowing in any direction apart from towards the goal. Has there ever been a case of gaming strong wind, coming from anywhere other than directly behind the controlled character, that's been anything other than bobbins? ('Strong wind' from Wario and the like notwithstanding.) |

| I might be following Jim to the glue factory soon as you'll all know I was ill during Christmas, all they could find wrong with me was my iron levels and I was taking tablets right up to Thursday.
Then on Friday, it felt like someone kicked me in the stomach then went but now I've been up since 4am, boiling hot, headache, pains in my stomach and pain all down my left arm again. |

| Went and like the last few times, didn't really get anywhere as I always seem to have something else wrong with me at the time and that's what they always want to focus on & fix.
Which is great but doesn't help my shoulder they've given me a number for physio but I don't know how that will do anything for my headache, tiredness and general pain. |

| It took me years to get a diagnosis. I remember being told I had low iron, I didn't, that I wasn't eating enough fibre, I was, that I needed more exercise, I didn't, or a better posture.
I only made progress when I was quite explicit with how shitty I was feeling, and that I wanted as many tests as needed to get to the bottom of it. Lots of things are diagnosed via a process of elimination, so its good to tell the doctor you want things ruled out once you've talked to then about what things it might be.
If I had been like that originally I'd have saved myself years of hassle and discomfort. |

| I think the things wrong with me at the time were things wrong with me like the nosebleeds and did need sorting and have but the shoulder trouble, headaches, tiredness keep coming back and bring a new ailment with them.
How did you know you did have enough Iron as the 3 blood tests I had the only thing they could find was the low Iron (which was the most recent time) which I was taking tablets for and have to admit I wasn't as tired I'd normally be and my Nan was like that's the lack of iron why you're tired then.
The other thing is I've been off work yesterday and today as you can guess not too happy as I'm off again but I think I may get to see works occupational health which might be a blessing as they might come up with something. |

| SNOW. I am in the epicentre of this bloody snowstorm. There was honest to god thunder and lightning last night in the middle of the night. And there's so much snow. I've ran out of cheese, and the shop had none left either, which is the real sin amongst all of this. |
