The chat stream on TPP is full of deplorable people. 17k viewers at the moment and the stream of full of folk screeching that the overlevelled Feraligatr "killed the run". Arguably the fact that they are on their fifth day of play suggests that it hasn't made playing the game TOO easy...

And the abundance of the term "Feraligaylord" makes me more sad than it should because I forget what people are like on the internet sometimes.

I dunno: the number of people who wanted to deliberately release several Pokémon last time, for apparently no reason other than "because lol", rubbed it in pretty hard.  Highlights what a nice place this is in comparison.

Also  at them having a Shuckle in their in-game team.

Over on TPP, the lower number of players as the novelty wears off, coupled with the regular appearance of Democracy mode which allows people to queue up commands, has allowed a few 'amusing' strings of text to appear in votes- "wait4abba2start" is one, but "wait4abrightbastart" is more common. "bupa" has also come up, presumably as topical product placement following today's announcement that the government are shutting down the NHS.

That Tumblr is pretty appalling. Most of the "casting jobs" seem just to be a 35-year-old man alone in his house, with a camcorder in one hand and his genitals in the other.

Remember, TPP have all Kanto to go. Also, there's a strong belief that Red in-game has been hacked to have the original TPP team.

Surely their team will be stronger than Red's by some degree by the time they reach him?
